Il s'agit du port de croisière de Mahogany Bay où les croisières Carnival, Princess Cruises, Holland America Cruises, Costa Cruises et d'autres navires accostent. Ensuite, il y a le port du centre-ville de Roatan où les croisières Royal Caribbean, les croisières de célébrités, les croisières norvégiennes, les croisières TUI et d'autres navires accostent. Si votre navire est à quai une fois sur le port de croisière de Mahogany Bay, vous sortez de votre navire et traversez la zone commerçante en passant devant les fontaines d'eau jusqu'au bâtiment en haut rouge sur la droite. C'est le terminal des taxis blancs, c'est un couloir piétonnier au bout du couloir, tournez à gauche sur le trottoir et montez et traversez la colline par la grande porte verte. De l'autre côté de la colline, un représentant vous attendra 1 à 2 heures après l'arrivée de votre navire avec un accueil chaleureux et un sourire sur nos visages prêt à faire de votre journée un moment inoubliable, recherchez le panneau Roatan Webster Tours. Facultatif Si vous êtes en fauteuil roulant ou en scooter, vous pouvez prendre un taxi pour vous emmener sur la colline. REMARQUE: Il y aura des chauffeurs et des guides indépendants locaux qui essaieront de vous vendre une visite, dites-leur simplement que vous avez réservé avec nous et ils vous laisseront tranquilles. Si votre navire est amarré au port du village de Roatan à Roatan, à Coxen Hole une fois que vous avez quitté votre navire, il est beaucoup plus facile pour vous de nous trouver. Sortez tout droit, passez devant tous les magasins, puis tournez à droite. Vous verrez de nombreux kiosques touristiques continuer à travers le terminal en tournant à gauche tout droit vers la rue principale une fois sorti de la porte 1, regardez de l'autre côté de la rue pour Roatan Webster Tours, un représentant vous attendra 1 à 2 heures après l'arrivée des navires. Si vous vous faites des amis à bord ou si vous avez un membre de votre famille et qu'ils ne sont pas réservés avec nous mais que vous souhaitez vous joindre à nous, ce n'est pas un problème, nous les accueillerons avec vous. Une fois à l'extérieur et que vous avez du mal à nous localiser, n'hésitez pas à demander à l'un des agents de sécurité ou à tout autre associé de la tournée locale de signer Larry Webster ou Roatan Webster Tours ou vous pouvez nous contacter par e-mail ou par téléphone. Good trip. Tickets said 7-12-we didn’t get picked up until about 7:30 outside gate. Our driver John was amazing! He not only drove us but he walked us into tour spots and waited for us. He made a pit stop at pharmacy so I can get Amoxicillin for ear infection. We didn’t go to beach so he took us to a shop. Overpriced trip but John made the trip! Here are a few tips: Best to just take a taxi where you want to go cheaper. AJ Monkey sloth your $15 pp. they wouldn’t fit us in so we went to the one closer by port. This one was amazing! We got to hold parrots, gerbils and monkeys. You can’t hold the sloths but can take pics. Horseback not sure price tour paid. I almost got bucked off. Don’t let your horse get too close to another. Wear insect repellent before you go!!! We got tons of mosquito bites we didn’t realize until after. Nice little ride though. Macaw market has a chocolate factory free samples. Free beach area left out of port Cheapest shop is right outside the gate on your right The other two stores we went to was double priced. We didn’t go to beach because of my ear infection and too much sun but I highly recommend snorkeling here!!! The fish and reef are the best I’ve ever seen (I was here before). Just take a taxi where you want to go.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE, HANDS DOWN THE BEST SHORE EXCURSION. We were a group of 4 and originally booked the horseback riding, sloth park, and beach break, but my gf could not do horseback riding, and they were able to swap it out for ATV riding for a little bit extra. HEYMAN was our tour guide and PERSONAL DRIVER FOR THE ENTIRE DAY. We didn't have to worry about taxis or anything. He stayed with us the entire day, and we ended up doing a lot of extra things like zip-lining (extra cost, but he brought us to the best spot and helped us get a good deal!) rum and rum cake tasting (free) and stopping at local stores and gas stations (we were looking for Chicharrones de harina aka Mexican pinwheel chips and he had no issues stopping everwhere and helping us find it even though we never ended up finding it lol.) ATVs were amazing, felt like we had a lot of time riding around and enjoying the views, did not feel rushed. Sloth Park was also amazing. The monkeys were the best thing there, and he took us to the best beach on the island, where they had a lot of things to do, like jet skiing, which I did, and he helped me get a good price. Can't say enough good things about HEYMAN and this shore excursion will definitely be back 10/10!

Good experience for beginners riders no galloping the horses, it is lead on foot. Not so great for experienced riders, kinda boring. Sloth tour was 10/10 Beach break was good as well
I'll start by saying everyone was incredibly nice and patient, but overall we were pretty disappointed. Traffic was an absolute nightmare and we waited a solid hour to be picked up. I know the operator can't control the traffic, but it seems like this is typical for the island so frustrating they weren't there at the pickup ahead of it. The van that picked us up was in bad shape - again, I was like eh, it's the island, but another van they used for a mid excursion transport was in much better condition. The horseback riding was well run, but the "ride through the water" was one foot away from the rocky shoreline - not a beach ride and never able to go more than a slow walk. (I've had other rides where did actually get to canter down an open beach...) I think partially bc of the traffic, our "beach break" was at the horseback riding location. There was a little sandy patch and a bar, but no actual waterfront access. Bathrooms were well maintained and exceptionally clean. I contacted them to pick us up so we could wrap early. They were very responsive and we didn't have to wait long. The sloth and monkey experience (AJs) was a highlight. Family really enjoyed it. Overall, I wouldn't book this again. I hope Roatan gets the infrastructure fixed as the traffic is a huge detractor. We saw people abandoning transport and jogging back to the pier...
First let me say that John our operator was amazing. He was kind and absolutely genuine. He truly would have taken us anywhere and we felt absolutely safe at all times. I hate when they put yes/no answers for “would you recommend this” there should be a for some people and not for others. Horseback riding was just okay - everyone was nice enough but as others have mentioned the length and quality of the trail is not there. If you have ever been on a horseback ride at a county fair that is about the length and quality. Would I do it again? No. Would I recommend it for parents with littles absolutely! It’s brief enough for fun and generally safe. No helmets were offered or provided. The Slough portion was nice and again another perfect opportunity for littles you can’t hold sloughs due to animal protection concerns however you will hold guinea pigs, red macaws and monkeys with plenty of photo opts, due to weather our snorkeling was canceled however our guide was nice enough to offer a beach or chocolate factory tour instead. If you have been to Rocky Mountain Coco late factory that’s about what we saw. A small shop with lots of tasty samples. Had the weather been better this tour may have had more potential, but generally this tour would best for parents with small childrez
We had the most incredible day with Borry on February 24th! Our group of six did the monkey/sloth sanctuary, horseback riding, and snorkeling excursion — and it was hands down the BEST tour of our entire cruise. It was also my daughter’s 10th birthday, and Borry went above and beyond to make the day feel extra special. He gave us his full 100% attention the entire time and made sure every single one of us was having a blast. You can truly tell he loves what he does and cares about the experience his guests have. From start to finish, the day was fun, organized, exciting, and full of memories we will cherish forever. My daughter will never forget celebrating her birthday in such a unique and amazing way! If you’re considering booking with Borry — do it. You will not regret it. Thank you for giving our family a memory that will last a lifetime!
Borry (tour guide) and Jenny (driver) were great! Took roughly a 30 min drive along the coast where borry talked about the area and pointed out new things. We went straight to the monkey and sloth sanctuary where we got to hold some guinea pigs, pet some sloths, hold a macaw, and then be jumped on by some small monkeys. Had a great time with the animals. Then we took a 10 min drive to the horseback riding where we hung out and got a beer for about 10 mins while they got the horses ready. The horses looked a little worn out, but we had no issues riding them. The ride was pretty slow and took about 10 mins to a lagoon area where we walked through some murky water. Then we had about a 10 minute walk back to the stables. The weather was cloudy and windy and we didn't really want to go to the beach. So we hung out near the water in some beach chairs close to the stables for about 30 mins. On our way back we asked if we could go by the chocolate factory and they said of course. They took us to the macaw market to a store where a woman gave us a 5 min overview on how they make chocolate and gave us free samples of about 12 different types of chocolate. We got some ice cream and a mocha and wandered around the market looking at the art and gift shops for a little bit before heading back to port. Got back to port with plenty of time to walk through some stores and get a 30 min massage. We had a great time, just wish the ride could have been a longer and a better trail.
The excursion was a great time! Our driver took us horseback riding which was our favorite. Then to see the sloths & monkeys. Finally we went to the beach!
Great organization! Beautiful thing to do! The animals encountered seem to treat well:-) horseback ride for beginners is no problem ok! They are calm and well guided.
