Pendant la visite, nous avons plusieurs arrêts pour vous montrer le contexte de la ville et comment les gens gagnent leur vie. Il s'agit d'une visite privée, vous n'avez donc pas à hésiter les autres pour poser des questions. Nous sommes heureux d'y répondre, même comme la réalité de la région locale ou des questions générales dans les campagnes du Japon. C'est juste 2,5 heures d'expérience, et nous fournissons des vélos électriques qui rendent beaucoup plus facile de faire du vélo autour de la région vallonnée. Nous pouvons recommander cette visite pour tous ceux qui veulent juste voir la beauté de la campagne japonaise en toute décontraction. Loin des principales zones touristiques, et pourquoi ne pas vous arrêter dans l'une des villes de la région de Hida pour obtenir de nouvelles connaissances de la culture Japonaise.

Il s'agit d'une courte randonnée privée à vélo dans la ville de Hagiwara de la région de Hida. La ville de Hagiwara est située entre deux sites touristiques majeurs : Takayama et Gero, donc la plupart des gens passent juste en train et manquent la beauté de la ville comme la nature préservée et l'atmosphère paisible. Une fois descendu à la gare de Hida-Hagiwara, vous réaliserez facilement à quel point elle est belle et confortable.

- Le point de départ spécifique est la gare de Hida-Hagiwara et votre guide viendra vous chercher à la gare avant l'heure de début du tour.

- Nous pouvons annuler une visite en raison du mauvais temps et de l'état de la route (remboursement complet)
- Aucun remboursement ou aucune autre date n'est donnée lorsque vous ne vous présentez pas à l'heure du rendez-vous pour une raison quelconque (l'heure du rendez-vous est de 10 minutes avant l'heure de début de la visite)
- Nous pouvons modifier l'itinéraire ou le contenu de la visite en fonction des conditions météorologiques ou des capacités physiques des participants
- Après l'instruction de la visite sur la date de la visite, si vous ou certains de vos groupes devez annuler pour rejoindre le tour à vélo en raison du fait que vous ne pouvez pas rouler sur un vélo en toute sécurité pour certaines raisons, aucun remboursement n'est donné (Il est également appliqué lorsqu'un vélo ne convient pas à votre corps de manière inattendue, même si vous remplissez la condition de hauteur de vélo)

The local food tour with Dai-san was absolutely fantastic. It was off the beaten tourist track which is something I've always enjoyed doing when exploring a new place in Japan. Dai-san was very informative and professional throughout the tour. He took us to a local miso and sake shop around the area. It was nice to have a local with the insight to guide and explain to you the process of how these local cuisine are made. I'm sure many of these information would have been lost in translation without Dai-san being there to guide us. We even made an impromptu pit stop at a local antique shop which was fascinating and an absolute treat to visit. Overall it was a very positive experience. As much as the places itself was interesting, it was Dai-san that made the whole journey that much more amazing. Would highly recommend participating in this tour if you have the chance.

More than a food tour, this is a tour of a beautiful small town with an excellent guide who clearly loves it. You will learn about local history and produce (eg I learned that most miso in Japan is not made from soybeans), and sample some of the town’s specialties including a truly spectacular croquette. Special thanks to Tenryo Sake for their generous tasting, you have a customer for life! Highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to see a different side of Japan. Thank you Dai!

This tour was beyond our expectation! Dai really knew the subject. He even introduce with a little bit of historical facts. The ratio between touring, historic detail and tasting was excellent. All ownera that we met along the places we visited were really friendly and kind. Dai speaks really good english also. With this tour we saw the real Japan!

Dai was an excellent guide with a lot of interesting information about the region, both past and current. You can tell he is truly passionate about bringing tourists to this remote area to help them experience Japanese life away from the tourist hot spots. We visited several local shops to try a lot of different food, all of which was delicious and all had very friendly locals who were happy to host us. Everything felt very genuine about the tour. Because of some changes needed due to weather (snow in April?!), we were able to go to a local restaurant for lunch where we had one of the best meals we had in Japan. I highly recommend this tour, or any tour by Daisuke.

I was staying nearby in Takayama. I have traveled all over Japan and frankly I am a little tired of huge cities and crowds of tourists. This walk with Dai was just what I needed. He was a very enthusiastic promoter of a quieter life in Japan. I thoroughly enjoyed our visits to a local miso brewery and a sake brewery, a take out food shop, and a delicious sweet shop. Our coffee at a great little café was time to talk and make a connection. Dai had a genuine interest in meeting foreign visitors and sharing his quiet village with them. This tour was an amazing opportunity to experience small town Japan. A way to learn about the history and culture of the area, while walking around the town and sampling local food and drink. We visited the local shrine, and learned about its history and how it links to major events in Japanese history. The whole tour, when sampling local food, enjoying a tour of a sake brewery, or sat in a cosy cafe, we were made to feel incredibly welcome by everyone we met. Our guide Daisuke had so much knowledge about the local area and was great fun to chat to. I highly recommend this tour if you’re passing through Hida. Thanks for a fantastic time!
