Description
Taste Shanghai a deux significations : la première est de goûter à la délicieuse cuisine de Shanghai, et la seconde est de surplomber toute la vue sur la ville de Shanghai. Cette visite privée de 5 heures est personnalisée juste pour votre fête, que vous pouvez manger et voir dans cette ville incroyable dans votre temps limité. Vous visiterez la tour de Shanghai (le plus haut bâtiment de Chine), le bazar de Yuyuan et ferez la croisière sur le fleuve Huangpu. Outre les visites touristiques, vous profiterez d'un déjeuner ou d'un dîner savoureux (selon votre choix sur l'heure de départ du matin 10h ou de l'après-midi 14h) dans le style de Shanghai.

Itinéraire
Votre guide local viendra vous chercher dans le hall de votre hôtel à l'heure souhaitée le matin. Ensuite, vous suivrez les traces de la BBC Rick Stein pour goûter à Shanghai. Tout d'abord, vous irez au bazar Yuyuan, qui est l'ancien marché de l'architecture de la dynastie Ming et Qing, avec divers magasins de souvenirs et restaurants où vous pourrez profiter de votre temps là-bas pour faire du shopping et prendre des photos. Vous aurez la chance de goûter certains des célèbres snacks sur les marchés si vous êtes intéressés, comme le rouleau de printemps, les boulettes de soupe Big. Le célèbre jardin Yu est juste à côté du bazar, si vous souhaitez visiter, veuillez en informer votre guide (le jardin Yuyuan ferme le lundi).
Après votre visite du matin, votre guide vous emmènera dans un bon restaurant local où vous pourrez déguster des plats locaux bien connus, tels que Xiao Long Bao (boulette de soupe) et le plat préféré du président Mao, Hong Shao Rou (porc braisé à la sauce brune) . Xiao Long Bao est une caractéristique de la cuisine de Shanghai, avec plus de cent ans d'histoire. Les «Xiao Longs» de porc hachés sont les plus classiques et une fois la bonne saison terminée, vous pouvez également essayer celle à la chair de crabe.
Dans l'après-midi, vous visiterez la tour de Shanghai, le plus haut bâtiment de Chine (le 2e plus haut du monde). L'observatoire de la "Shanghai Tower" est à une hauteur de 632 mètres, et vous pouvez avoir une vue panoramique de toute la ville avec une dimension à 360 degrés à la "ville aéroportée" et "les yeux intelligents de la ville". C'est une expérience vraiment unique au sommet et c'est le meilleur choix pour profiter de l'amortisseur, la réalisation de haute technologie.
Après cela, vous pourrez profiter d'une croisière relaxante sur la rivière mère de Shanghai - la rivière Huangpu. Vous aurez un aperçu du passé de Shanghai et découvrirez le brillant avenir de la ville depuis la promenade Riverside. Votre croisière offre une vue magnifique sur les grands bâtiments coloniaux le long du côté ouest du Bund, tels que le célèbre hôtel Peace, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank et etc. Tournez vers le côté est, vous verrez les gratte-ciel de shanghai, comme Oriental Pearl TV Tour, World Financial Center et Shanghai Tower. Kalvin was an excellent guide. He is a walking encyclopedia of information for everything Shanghai, and could answer every one of our questions with confidence. He was so kind to my family (he even took my youngest to the restroom during lunch!), and we felt very taken care of in his hands. I had one of the most amazing experiences in my life ! I booked this private tour as a present gift for my best friend and also for myself ! I always dreamt to see the Shanghai Tower ! We were very lucky and privileged to take this tour on Chinese New Year. Jane looked after us superbly, adjusting the itinerary to help us get a real taste of Shanghai amongst the mayhem and a bit of rain. We were picked up at our hotel and driven to bustling old town Shanghai and Jane led us through the crowd covering a lot of ground. We made the call to avoid the lines at Shanghai Tower which disappeared into the mist anyway and we went to the Jade Buddha temple instead. Jane gave us a very in depth explanation of every aspect. We were driven to the French Concession and enjoyed a picturesque walk through before we were driven to an amazing Shanghai dinner!! Finally we were dropped off at the ferry terminal which we would never get through without Janes help… the river cruise was spectacular and the VIP tickets with oolong tea and snacks made the experience even more special. We bid Jane farewell and rode back to our hotel in our luxury vehicle. What a way to introduce ourselves to the vibrancy of beautiful Shanghai!!!
