Description

We had an outstanding private tour of Rome with Pino! We had a group of eight people, and many tour companies couldn’t accommodate a group our size, but they handled everything perfectly. During our day, we visited many of Rome’s iconic sights, including the Colosseum and the Vatican Museums. We also stopped for some delicious pizza, which was a great addition to the experience. Pino spoke excellent English, was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the day both fun and stress-free. Andrea coordinated everything before the tour and was always easy to reach on WhatsApp. Whenever I called with a question, he answered right away, which gave us great peace of mind. Pino was waiting for us at the cruise port exactly where and when he said he would be. At the end of the day, we returned to the ship with plenty of time to spare. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, well-organized, and enjoyable private tour of Rome from a cruise ship. We would definitely book with them again!
Our tour in Rome was absolutely magical. Our tour guide, Andrea, is a native Roman and his love for his home shines through as he shares Rome’s history, architecture, and culture. He unfailingly catered the tour to what we wanted to see and experience during our trip. I use a wheelchair sometimes and he was very attentive in finding the areas where the wheelchair could get around on the streets. We traveled through the city in a large comfortable van that was able to easily accommodate the wheelchair. We would definitely recommend this trip to anyone who is interested in seeing Rome.
Our day was incredible from start to finish! This is the only way to see Rome in a day when travelling on a cruise! Your own private driver and your guide. Andrea was an exceptional tour guide. His knowledge for history and the sights of Rome are unbelievable! We saw 10+ places vs one place from a cruise excursion! Andrea also allowed us to choose some of the sights we wanted to see! Lunch at a local restaurant off the beaten path was the best Italian food ever!!!! It was definitely a day to remember!!!! Thank you Andrea for making Roke more incredible than it already is!!!
Andrea and Leonardo went above and beyond our expectations! Our separate Viator tour of the Colosseum time changed last minute and we were not going to be able to make the later time, as we were on a cruise ship that was leaving. I explained to Leonardo what happened and he contacted Andrea who then stood in line at the colosseum to see if he could get us tickets. He was not able to at the time because we needed to be with him. However, when we returned Andrea went to the front of line and was able to get us in because he was previously there and waited! This kind gesture was just one of many instances that showed how much they cared about our Rome experience. With them being locals you could tell how much they appreciated the culture by showing us not only known tourists attractions but other interesting sites. We were in traffic and Andrea literally got out of the car and took us on foot so we wouldn’t miss anything. He explained in detail what we were passing until we got to our destination. We asked to have a lunch at some point in the tour, we wanted to get a taste of authentic italian food, specifically pizza and pasta. They happily accommodated the request and found a more hidden restaurant. A restaurant tucked away that really only locals would know about. Food was outstanding! They recommended what food to get as well. I could go on all day about the outstanding service that was provided. Overall, the day was more than we ever could’ve imagined.
