Eva was an excellent guide. Knowledge and enthusiastic. Great tour and we covered a lot of ground (with help of the tram up to the castle. We definitely got our money’s worth.
I had asked for a private tour of the locations where the Outlander Season 2 Paris scenes which were filmed in Prague. Lucy Tours, recommended by the Concierge at the Prague Marriott Hotel, put together a PERFECT walking tour with all the major sites that could be fit into 3 hours. My guide, Thomas, was superb!! He was very knowledgeable about the sites and about Outlander. He even showed me on his phone pictures from the episodes and how they were exactly where we were standing. He also was able to talk about additional history of those sites as well as many other sites along the way. I took a ton of pictures, but here are some highlights. What a wonderful treat and a great way to end my trip to Prague!
Dear Ms.Linda, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are truly delighted to hear that you enjoyed your Outlander Season 2 filming locations tour in Prague. It means a lot to us that we could create a customized itinerary that matched your interests and that Thomas made the experience so memorable. We will be sure to pass on your kind words to him—he will be thrilled to know that his knowledge of both Prague's history and the Outlander series helped bring the filming locations to life. We are also happy that the tour was a perfect way to end your stay in Prague. Thank you for choosing Lucy Tours and for sharing your experience with other travelers. We hope to welcome you back to Prague again in the future for another unforgettable adventure! Warm regards, Lucy
Vaclav was great to spend the morning with, showing me the sites. We immediately hit it off and were conversing freely. It didn't take him long to get a good idea of my interests and to customize our sites accordingly (Old Town, Church of St Cyril and Methodius, Mala Strana). The history around Operation Anthropoid was especially important to me. Vaclav has an excellent knowledge of the area, the history and would often throw in local legends. He is a natural story teller. He was great at calling my attention to details I likely would have missed otherwise. I also appreciated that a few times he would ask "how do we know this?" and would cite the sources, or had copies of key documents/photos on hand. If you are looking for a more in depth focus on some of the sites in Prague I most definately would recommend him!
Mat provided us with plenty of local knowledge along with the big picture history. Lots packed into 3 hours. Good tour.
This was a great way to do a quick overview of Prague and make note of what you want to check out more in depth. We saw a lot and Lenka, our guide, was VERY well versed in the history of everything we saw. Highly recommend this tour and Lenka!
Tomas was absolutely amazing. His historical knowledge made the 3hr tour fly by. He answered all of my questions and took me to more view points, stop off spots, and art installations than I could count. I was nervous about traveling solo and he made it such a comfortable experience. I wish I could have booked every tour this trip with him.
Thank you for an incredible tour! Veronika could not have been a better guide as she shared so many wonderful hidden gems and breathtaking views of this beautiful city. Having a private tour that was customized to my interests and complimented what I have already seen during my stay was the PERFECT way to end my visit. Cannot recommend Veronika or this company more!
Eva was spectacular! Her knowledge of Prague, the sites, the history was superb. She has a way of explaining a very complicated historical story in a very simple way. Eva was engaging and knew all the tricks to get to the best views of everything. We went by the clock, Jewish Quarter, across Charles bridge and into the Castle district. She dropped us off at a lunch overlooking the city. It was a wonderful way to get introduced to Praha and its beauty. Thanks Eva!
Great overview of Prague. Patrick was very knowledgeable and flexible with our itinerary. Highly recommended
Well worthwhile. Saw many sites of interest at close sites. Very knowledgeable tour guide and driver
