Awesome tour. Steve was extremely knowledgeable and presented the material exquisitely. The bus was clean and comfortable. All accommodations were thought of and all expectations were met!
Steve ran an excellent tour - informative, accurate, friendly, respectful, patient, and experience. Doing a small group brought additional meaning to this awesome, humbling experience. I left the day with such a great appreciation for what the allied forces accomplished and the sacrifices made.
This was an amazing tour! Full of historic information. Bus driver did a great job. Our tour guide was fun, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend this tour. Plenty of restroom stops as well.
We had a great tour guide and great bus drivers. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and FUN! I would highly recommend this tour
The tour guide, although funny, made mistakes when talking about the history of WW2, showing a lack o knowledge. Also, the trip was supposed to last 14h (7am - 9pm), but lasted only 12h. Because of that, the visit to the cemetery was really rushed. The vehicle was good and I didn't have any issues with that, but the experience could have been so much better with more knowledge from the guide and more time (that was part of the deal!).
Thank you for your review. I regret that the experience didn’t meet your expectations, but I must respond to a few points you raised. First, regarding historical accuracy: I’ve been guiding this D-Day tour for over three years and have welcomed more than 10,000 guests—including numerous historians, WWII educators, veterans and military professionals—who have consistently praised the depth and accuracy of the content. I take historical integrity seriously, and if you believe I made specific mistakes, I invite you to point them out clearly so they can be addressed. General accusations of “lack of knowledge” are not only unfair but also unhelpful without clarification. As for the duration: the tour is listed clearly onViator, GYG and TripAdvisor as approximately 12 hours, not 14. This has always been transparent and aligns with our schedule. Finally, while I appreciate your positive comment about the vehicle, I stand by the quality of this tour, which has earned hundreds of 5-star reviews. I remain open to constructive feedback, but it’s important that reviews are based on accurate information and fair expectations. Sincerely, Steve Letist Guide & Founder, French Experience

Steve picked us up early in a surprise upgrade of a luxury car! Steve was informative and friendly. The tour was amazing. The museums are really well done. The highlight was the American cemetery at Normandy. Highly recommend
