Emmanuel was an excellent tour guide. Adaptable, helpful and able to communicate effectively with the different age groups.
Gruyeres is a small town located not too far from Montreux - an easy day trip. Our tour started with a castle tour and the grounds which have been somewhat modernized, but still very beautiful. We also enjoyed a fondue lunch at a local restaurant. The train ride back to Montreux was very scenic.
Emmanuel was so attentive to our desires and needs. He helped us see the obvious sites around Montreux, but he also went out of his way to give us an insiders view of this beautiful and amazing area. Thanks Emmanuel you are a part of a most memorable experience!
Emmanuel did an outstanding job during the Gruyere and Chocolate tour with our family! He went above and beyond to keep us on schedule, suggested stopping by the vineyard for pictures, and always kept an eye on us bringing us umbrellas when it started to rain. Lastly, Emmanuel managed to helped us surprise our Mother with the Queen Experience as well as taking us to the Freddy Mercury memorial. The overall trip was around 10 wonderful hours full of attention to detail and great memories! Thank you for everything Emmanuel!

We had an amazing time on this tour! Emmanuel, our guide, was very accommodating and knowledgable. Upon booking this tour he noticed we were coming in from Geneva so he offered to pick us up from Lausanne instead of Montreux for our convenience. The Cheese and Chocolate factories he took us to were delicious. We got to taste the Gruyere and the Cailler chocolate. He even had a reservation ready for us for lunch at a delicious fondue restaurant. The Medieval Gruyere Village is beautiful and the Castle tour had some great history lessons lined up for us. At the end of the tour, since we had some time left, Emmanuel offered to take us to a vineyard for a bit of wine tasting. We couldn't pass it up, and as we sipped our wine, we were awed by the beautiful view of Lake Geneva from the Vineyard. After the tour, Emmanuel even helped us at the train station to depart back to Geneva. He made this tour superb. I highly recommend it!

We booked Emmanuel for 2 private tours—the Gruyere Cheese and Chocolates Tour and a transfer from one hotel to another with stops in 4 amazing cities along the way. He goes out of is way to please his customers. He made both days an adventure and was more than happy to add in stops along the way if we were interested. He is prompt and friendly and doesn't hesitate to add in little personal touches (like our picnic by the river!) to make the day special. He even insisted on carrying our bags into the hotel! I can't say enough good things about Emmanuel and his company. Hire him. You'll be glad you did. It's worth it ... and you avoid the lines and hassle of big bus/large group tours.

We were a group of four from Dubai. Emmanuel PIERACCINI was our driver/guide. He is a great guide and was very helpful in showing us around. Gruyere is beautiful. He recommended a typical Swiss restaurant there. Had the best cheese fondue! Emmanuel took the trouble to drive past Lausanne and Vivey on our way back! His car is roomy and very neat. Will recommend him to anyone who is trying this trip. Tess

Excellent! One of the best tours ever for the whole group and family. The guide is also one of the best. I hope one day we will go back and hire the same guide for this tour or different one in the same region. Fantastic. Highly recommended.

This was a excellent small group tour of the lovely Gruyeres village including the castle and the cheese factory and the chocolate factory at Broc. Emmanuel, the person who drove us around was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and flexible. He contacted us the day before to fix the programme for the day picked us up from the hotel, and planned the day to suit our convenience. It was an ideal day out for our family with my parents and son appreciating the flexibility in the schedule. I would strongly recommend this tour, especially if you are not keen on the inflexibility of the big group tours.
