Passez devant la cathédrale de Santa Maria (connue sous le nom de La Seu), le Palais Royal de l'Almudaina et l'ancien marché aux poissons, avant de revenir à votre bateau de croisière.

Ce voyage nous mènera d'abord à Valldemossa, où vous pourrez vous promener dans les rues pavées paisibles ou vous détendre et prendre un café tout en dévorant l'une des spécialités locales telles que la «coca de patatas» (petite génoise à base de pommes de terre) comme à À cette heure de la journée, nous avons généralement la charmante ville pour nous seuls. Vous pouvez rejoindre notre guide pour une promenade détendue dans les rues ou visiter à votre rythme la chartreuse et la célèbre maison du compositeur Chopin (les entrées ne sont pas incluses dans le prix).
Vous aurez l'occasion de voir le monastère royal des Chartreux, autrefois palais royal et siège de la fraternité des moines chartreux. (Entrée exclue dans le prix) La chartreuse de Valldemossa, en majorquin "la Cartoixa de Valldemossa", a été utilisée à différentes fins au fil du temps. Initialement, c'était la résidence du roi Sancho Ier de Majorque et devint plus tard l'ancienne résidence royale et enfin la Chartreuse royale.
C'est le lieu de naissance de Catalina Thomàs, la sainte la plus vénérée de l'île connue sous le nom de "La Beateta", née à Valldemossa au XVIe siècle. Dans sa maison, aujourd'hui transformée en chapelle, il y a un carreau à l'entrée qui représente une scène de la vie du premier saint de Majorque.
Nous serons maintenant arrivés dans le centre de Palma de Majorque avec notre guide, et il est temps de profiter d'une promenade tranquille dans la «zone monumentale» où de nombreux sites touristiques de la ville peuvent être vus. Nous commencerons par une visite panoramique le long de la marina de Palma, en admirant la vue magnifique sur le port animé de Palma.
Arrêtez-vous pour prendre des photos à l'extérieur de la cathédrale de Palma (La Seu) et découvrez comment le lieu de culte catholique romain a été construit sur le site d'une ancienne mosquée arabe. Ensuite, dirigez-vous à l'intérieur pour admirer ses vitraux circulaires et ses caractéristiques conçues par Gaudi. L'artiste moderniste coloré et souvent controversé a laissé sa marque sur le site, et son retable accrocheur est considéré comme le point culminant de la cathédrale.
Vous passerez et pourrez admirer la beauté du Palais Royal de La Almudaina, qui date du XIVe siècle. C'est la résidence officielle de Leurs Majestés le Roi et la Reine lors de leurs séjours à Majorque. Avec la cathédrale de Palma, ils constituent un point de repère de la capitale des îles Baléares. Un palais qui reflète les styles artistiques qui se sont succédé tout au long de l'histoire de l'île.
En vous promenant dans la magnifique vieille ville de Palma, vous rencontrerez l'Ayuntamiento de Palma, situé sur la Plaza de Cort de Palma. Il a été construit entre 1649 et 1680 par les architectes Pere Bauçá, Miquel Oliver et Bartomeu Calafat. Certains des éléments les plus remarquables de sa façade sont le balcon avec sept grandes fenêtres, le Rellotge d'en Figuera (Horloge Figuera) et le Banc del si no fos (Banque de si vous ne le manquez pas). Le bâtiment lui-même a été déclaré Monument Historique-Artistique appartenant au Trésor Artistique National par décret du 3 juin 1931.
Pendant que vous admirez la vue imprenable sur la vieille ville de Palma et l'architecture historique, gardez un œil sur l'olivier Cort ! Cet arbre unique, connu sous le nom d'Olivera de Cort, a été planté en 1999 à partir de la chaîne de montagnes Tramuntana, comme symbole de paix et d'enracinement à la terre. L'Olivier Cort est situé au milieu de la place, juste en face de la mairie. Malgré le déménagement et son ancienneté, il continue de porter ses fruits chaque année.

Nous viendrons vous chercher et vous déposerons par votre bateau de croisière ou, si vous séjournez à l'hôtel, à l'extérieur de votre hôtel ou à un point de ramassage à proximité. Pour les clients séjournant à Port de Sóller, une prise en charge privée peut être organisée sur demande. Veuillez noter que les tarifs des visites privées sont basés sur les départs de Palma City ou du terminal de croisière de Palma. En raison de la distance et du temps de transfert supplémentaires nécessaires, un supplément de 125 € s'applique aux Collections à Port de Sóller. Une fois que vous avez effectué la réservation, nous vous enverrons d'abord un e-mail avec les détails de la réservation, puis un deuxième e-mail confirmant l'heure de départ et le point de départ.

Very nice car. A driver and a separate guide was probably not necessary. Beautiful island. We took the train back to Palma, it was a very nice ride. If it wasn't so expensive was probably 4 stars.

Regarding the guide, Camy is a fully licensed official guide accredited by the Balearic Tourism Authorities and conducts tours in English every week. Over the years she has received hundreds of excellent reviews from English-speaking clients praising both her knowledge and communication skills. While we understand that accents and speaking styles can be perceived differently by different people, your comment is certainly not representative of the feedback we normally receive. As for having both a driver and a guide, this is not an unnecessary luxury but a deliberate choice to provide a higher-quality service. Mallorca's roads, traffic and parking conditions require the driver's full attention. At the same time, the guide is there to explain the history and culture of the places visited, organise the itinerary, assist guests and ensure everything runs smoothly. Expecting one person to safely drive while simultaneously guiding a private tour would not be realistic and certainly would not improve the experience. Finally, private tours are naturally more expensive than shared excursions because the vehicle, guide and driver are dedicated exclusively to your party. Even so, our private tours are typically around 20–25% less expensive than comparable private excursions offered by many other companies in Mallorca. We had a wonderful day touring Valldemossa and Palma with Peter. He went above and beyond to help us—our daughter had dropped her cell phone a couple of days earlier in Naples, and he kindly assisted us in finding a store to try to repair her screen. After exploring the charming streets and visiting the beautiful cathedral in Palma, we traveled in a very comfortable Mercedes Sprinter van to the picturesque village of Valldemossa. We enjoyed some free time to explore and had lunch at the most charming little tapas restaurant, dining outside under a big shade tree. Peter was incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating to our group, making the day both relaxing and memorable. We truly enjoyed our time with him and would highly recommend his tour.

Communication was great leading up to excursion. Our private van was very nice and driver was excellent. Our guide was very knowledgeable and looked for our feedback on what we wanted to see and do. He did an excellent job navigating away from crowds and we highly recommend Luis as a guide. Very pleased!

Our guide Luis was very good, unfortunately the weather did not let us walk around the city. We went to Valdemosa and the town was very pretty. We could not go to the cathedral because of the rain and we had to continue our tour in the bus.
