- 30 minutes est une estimation de la durée du vol. L'important c'est l'itinéraire. En raison des conditions de vent différentes chaque jour, les vols peuvent durer de 25 à 35 minutes.
- Limite de poids total de 360 kilos. Cela nous donne une moyenne de 120 kilos par personne. Les passagers de plus de 150 kilos peuvent ne pas être en mesure de voler si la ceinture de sécurité n'est pas adaptée.
- Les passagers doivent arriver au plus tard 20 minutes avant l'horaire. Si vous venez de la zone de copacabana, prévoyez au moins 1 heure pour arriver à l'héliport en raison du trafic intense
- Les clients doivent arriver à l'heure pour le vol. Si les clients arrivent en retard, cela sera considéré comme une non-présentation car nous réservons l'horaire pour ce client spécifique.

The flight itself was nice and well worth the quite expensive price even just for 30 mins. The service though sadly left a lot to be desired for such a private booking. We were asked to come an hour earlier which luckily was fine for us but when we arrived we had been given the wrong directions and no one spoke English. Of course it’s our own fault we don’t speak Portuguese, but for these kind tourist trips globally it’s very strange that there are no English speakers. We eventually found the right hangar but were then left to sit in the heat for an hour and 15 mins with no explanation. When we contacted the travel agency they essentially told us that this kind of chaos is very common and offered barely even an apology. I would definitely try a different provider if you are looking to treat your family to a private flight.
Hello there. I believe you missunderstood what we said. The chaos we mentioned was about the end of the year, the busiest season for us. About the english issue, one of our two recepcionist left the company on the 24th of december and we didnt have time to get another person that can speak english ut you were in touch with main office via whatsapp all the time. About standing in the heat that is impossible because the hangar is huge and has roof, afterall there is where we keep the helicopters. I am sorry you had a bad experience but some of the things you said i am afraid were not totally true as well. If you think the price is expensive please check the prices of the 2 biggest companies in Rio, HeliRio and Helisight, at least 30% more than what we charge
Rio is Beautiful. Its beaches like LEBLON, IPANEMA AND COPACABA ARE BEAUTIFUL... the bars are great set with all the joy that the people who live there experience. Puerto Maravilla and Lagoa are highly recommended and if you go to Cristo try to go during the week, very early, because it gets very crowded with people.

Viator did not notify the helicopter operator of our booking. They did fit us in but in an old Robinson 44. Small noisy and uncomfortable with seat belts that were broken. We asked for Spanish speaking pilot...our pilot did not say a word the whole trip. Our friends used a different company and got a big new helicopter with drinks, audio descriptions of all the sights etc. Very disappointing tour.
I am sorry you feel that way but if you look at most of the reviews, no one complains about the helicopter. If it was in fact a poor air craft in terms of comfort and safety dont you think all the other clients would have given us the same poor review? I believe you flew with another company i am afraid because none of these statements fit our service and air craft quality
An awesome thing to do while in Rio. The private group means you don’t get your view obscured by another party and you can choose where you sit. The pilot takes you past the coastline along to Sugar Loaf and then circles Christ the Redeemer one direction then again in another. The only thing we did t get was a commentary of the beaches and favelas that we flew over.

The whole experience was amazing. Rio Adventures staff was very communicative and accommodating to our last minute request. The ride was beautiful, we had 3 circles around Jesus and the pilot told us history of the geography along the way. It was the highlight of our trip! Thank you!

They changed the meeting point a couple hours before the tour, which was bo problem because it was a little bit closer, but they sent us to the wrong hangar and the directions were vague. It would be helpful if you provide a map, which requested but didn't get an answer. scheduled the activity at a specific time to catch the sunset, but we departed 35 minutes after even though I arrived in time. Flight and the crew was very nice.
Sorry you feel this way sir. We communicated via whatsapp and helipad address was changed because we had overbookings as we are at the peak of the season so in order to provide you the experience you deserved we were able to acomodate you with one of our partners but they were also quite full that day. I mistyped the number of the hangar when we talked via whatsapp. I wrote 35 instead of 37 which didnt change much in the end right? About the delay there was really not much we could do. Delays happen even in international flights right? I am sorry you missed the sunset but anyways you sent us a video from the cockpit and clearly the horizon was completely cloudy so even if your departure was at 6 pm sharp you would still not be able to see the sunset. But we can accept your 3 stars humbly. Thank you.
