Getting out of downtown Buenos Aires on this Tigre tour was really enjoyable. The cruise was very interesting and it was great to see a different side of this big city.
Happy to have fulfilled our commitment on a day of a general strike in Buenos Aires , and despite a 3hr delay at the port, we managed to do the tour and get you to the airport on time. thanks for choosing us!
Let's you experience an unusual culture of living without roads and bridges, using only water transportation to travel and acquire necessary supplies.
Thank you for sharing your experience! It is indeed a very special tour. A must do in Buenos Aires. Tell your friends.
We are pushed we had received more context for the trip and more informational while on the boat. The boat tour had a pre recorded information playing. It would have been nice to have a personal Guide share more information. As well, our guide did not seem enthusiastic and shared bare minimum of what we thought we could know about the areas we visited. Was not what we expected and guide was not very good
3/11: Hello, sorry you did not like the tour. Flavia has good ratings usually. I will investigate what might have happened. 3/12: After receiving feedback from Flavia, it is clear that she was with you at all times, including during the navigation. The itinerary was respected. Your group decided to split up during this 1 hr cruise to take photos from all angles , so obviously, she could not talk to everybody at the same time. She mainly talked to the 2 clients who stayed next to her. The tape is in english and designed for passengers who do not use a guide which was not your case.. Many explanations were also given before and after the navigation. Further more, Flavia mentioned that everyone was very pleased with the tour and she received a very good tip, so I cannot really understand this bad review. We have done this for many years without problems and so do most agencies with the same itinerary. Flavia is very experienced and enthusiastic. All this seems very harsh and does not reflect the reality of this very popular tour. Comparing this to Uruguay or a city tour is also irrelevant. This tour is about something totally different and unique in South America. Flavia is very experienced and enthusiastic. Patrick was communicative and on time, which was a great start to a great day. He knows a lot about the city that he has made his home. He took us through a few towns on the way to Tigre. He is well known by the tour providers and boat pilots - a good sign. The boat cruise through the delta and tributaries was interesting and reminded us of cottage country in Ontario. There aren’t roads; people access the homes via boat/bus, waiting on their dock for a quick jump on and off. We had a beautiful day - Thank you, Patrick!
Thank you for your nice comments I had a great time as well and also learnt from your life experience. That is what guiding is all about...
This was a wonderful tour! Patrick, our guide, had a fascinating life which he shared with us and also knew all the ins and outs of Buenos Aires and the Tigre. The excursion component on the. Tigre Delta what’s lovely! Patrick told us a great deal of history, for example that when Madonna was filming the portrayal of Eva Perron in the movie Evita, it was too unsafe for her to stay in downtown Buenos Aires as she was a celebrity. Therefore, she was brought in and out of the.Tigre area by helicopter each day so she would not be mopped by fans. We also learned a great deal of history from Patrick. I would highly recommend this tour. One of the things we enjoyed was stopping for lunch with Patrick which we treated him too. The food was outstanding at the TBC Restaurant,Tigre boat club. As I have an injured foot, he was very accommodating, making sure I did not have to walk too far. his car was perfect and he was so great to be with. Thank you for such a wonderful tour!
Patrick was great. Trip was well planned and very enjoyable. I would reco.end this tour company to friends and family.

Thank you!!!
Our driver Pedro was very good and had driven us by many features in hemodialysis Aires before and after the delta tour. Pedro was very good driving. Was personable and very tourist friendly. A credit to Viatour. The delta tour was very interesting, narrated in both Spanish and English. Pedro accompanied us on the delta tour and added toourunderstanding of the area.
