La visite commence par la prise en charge à votre hébergement à Vienne à une heure désignée. Le chauffeur vous présentera les détails de la visite, après quoi la visite commence par une promenade à travers la forêt viennoise et le premier arrêt Melk Abby.
Après votre arrivée à Melk, découvrez l'histoire de l'abbaye bénédictine vieille de près de mille ans. Surplombant la ville de Melk, l'impressionnante abbaye de style baroque abrite la célèbre bibliothèque et le dernier lieu de repos de Saint Coloman, le saint patron de l'Autriche. Lors de la visite, vous pourrez également découvrir l'église abbatiale et le pavillon du jardin. Après environ 1 heure de visite de Melk, continuez votre voyage à travers la campagne autrichienne, les lacs et les montagnes jusqu'à votre prochaine destination, la charmante ville de Hallstatt.
Niché entre les montagnes et le lac, Hallstatt est connu comme l'un des villages les plus photographiés d'Europe. Pendant env. Visite d'une heure et demie de Hallstatt, vous pouvez vous rendre sur la plate-forme Sky walk de 360 m avec une vue à couper le souffle, vous promener le long de la promenade jusqu'au centre-ville coloré avec de nombreux petits magasins. Afin de rendre votre visite à Hallstatt plus mémorable, dégustez des spécialités locales et promenez-vous au bord du lac de Hallstatt.
La route de Hallstatt à Salzbourg offre des vues panoramiques spectaculaires sur les lacs de la région du Salzkammergut. Nous vous proposerons une pause photo au bord du lac Wolfgang, dans la ville de Sankt Gilgen. Vous pouvez demander au chauffeur tout autre court arrêt le long de cet itinéraire, afin que vous puissiez capturer le paysage pittoresque des lacs autrichiens.
La visite se poursuit par une visite à Salzbourg. À votre arrivée, explorez indépendamment la vieille ville protégée par l'UNESCO, les jardins du palais Mirabell utilisés comme lieu de tournage pour le film populaire "Sound of Music" et la chanson do-re-mi ou admirez une vue spectaculaire de la ville depuis la forteresse de Hohensalzburg. Entourée de montagnes, Salzbourg est bien connue comme le lieu de naissance de Mozart et essayez le chocolat Mozart uniquement disponible à Salzbourg. Après avoir terminé notre journée à Salzbourg vers 17:30 - 18,00h, nous commençons notre route de retour à votre logement à Vienne où vous avez commencé votre visite d'une journée avec nous.

It was a great day! It was a long day for sure, but worth it. The day is broken up nicely. Our driver, D, was wonderful. He was very friendly and full of fun facts as well as historical facts. He gave us good tips as we stopped in the different cities. We opted for the private tour for 2 and we have no regrets.

Wonderful day. Beautiful cities with lots of charm. Darko was fantastic. Great stories and recommendations. He truly made the day. Day started out rainy and cold and he stopped so we could purchase some jackets as we were not prepared. He had extra umbrellas for us and went out of his way. Great fun day!

If you are not into the tour bus thing, this is the trip for you! This was a great way to have a stress free day trip to visit Salzburg and Halstatt with a knowledgeable guide in a comfortable car. Michael was great. He asked what we would like to see and built the day around that and added some areas we hadn’t thought of. He adjusted the schedule to work around the weather too. He knew the history of the area, took us to beautiful locations both popular and those a bit out of the way. He acted as tour guide, photographer and driver but also gave us time to explore on our own. He also let us decide how long we stayed in each location. We like photography and he showed us some great places for maximizing the view. We had a memorable, perfect day. Definitely worth it! We would highly recommend Michael and this trip. Our guide and driver “D” was great! He helped up navigate our way thru Melk Abbey, Hallstaff and Salzburg. Made sure I knew how to find what I wanted to see, do & buy and find the van at the end of each visit😃 he’s very knowledgeable and courteous and I highly recommend him!
