Worst experience of our lives. This trip is not family friendly and the operator takes no care for the group into consideration. We booked an 8 am tour, they responded that our pickup will be 9:20. My wife is pregnant and my father in law has a bad hip, we checked for any restrictions or limitations or warning and there were none other than it is not wheel chair accessible. The captain was not at the boat and we waited on the dock for 20 minutes as the mate said the tour was not for us. Once we boarded they did not say a word to us and passed around a waiver to sign yet were unable to tell us what it was for. Unlimited drinks were advertised and they had one cooler of water. The captain was going full speed through high waves and beating the whole boat around, the only way he slowed down is when the mate saw was wife was in visible fear and on the verge of tears. We were told we had to pay 400 bhat to enter an island but there was no admission fee. Only did 2 of the stops and the seas were so rough we had to pull over on another island and change boats. The rest of the group stayed on as the boat broke down 5 times on the way back. The company charged us an additional 1200 bhat to get on another one of their boats that was full and sit on the coolers just to get back to shore. Now the company is refusing to issue a refund. AVOID THIS SCAM
