Notre visite de Mostar vous donnera une excellente introduction au patrimoine bosniaque et ottoman, à ses villes médiévales (Pocitelj, Mostar, Blagaj), à ses paysages époustouflants (source de la rivière Buna, rivière Neretva), à ses habitants, ses coutumes, ses croyances et, bien sûr, sa gastronomie. En plus d'être compétents, nos guides connaissent tous les tenants et aboutissants de la Bosnie-Herzégovine et savent éviter les embouteillages aux frontières et choisissent toujours pour vous les meilleurs itinéraires possibles afin que vous puissiez maximiser votre séjour dans chaque destination. Nous proposons également la possibilité de visiter les cascades de Kravice (et même d'y nager si vous le souhaitez pendant les mois d'été) sur un itinéraire révisé avec l'arrêt de la ville médiévale de Ston, l'arrêt des cascades de Kravice et l'arrêt de la ville de Mostar (choisissez l'option Kravice à la caisse). Quelle que soit l'option choisie : A (Stolac-Pocitelj-Blagaj-Mostar) ou B (cascades de Ston-Kravice - Mostar), nous sommes sûrs que vous apprécierez pleinement votre visite et que vous voudrez revenir et visiter la Bosnie-Herzégovine.

Itinéraire
Pocitelj, l'avant-poste commercial le plus au sud de l'Empire ottoman sur la rivière Neretva, qui s'est transformé en une ville fortifiée (encore bien conservée). Arrêt photo et pause toilette. Pour ceux qui aiment marcher, il est possible de monter jusqu'à la tour de guet médiévale qui surplombe toute la région avec la rivière Neretva qui se courbe doucement en dessous. La mosquée 16.ct, la tour de l'horloge, le collège 17.ct (medresse), le bain turc (hammam), l'auberge ottomane (Han) et la maison du gouverneur peuvent encore être visités en se promenant dans les rues pavées de Pocitelj.
L'arrêt de Blagaj comprend la visite de la source de la rivière bleue Buna (débit d'eau le plus rapide d'Europe), avec 16.ct. Sufi Dervish Temple penché dessus ! La photo de la source et du temple est l'un des spots photo les plus emblématiques de toute la Bosnie-Herzégovine.
Laissez votre chauffeur / guide vous montrer le centre de cette ville historique avec le magnifique pont voûté en fer à cheval ottoman de 16 ct, la rue du bazar offrant toujours les mêmes arts et métiers qu'il y a des centaines d'années, le pont tordu, la tour Tabija et la mosquée Koski Bey. En savoir plus sur l'âge d'or de Mostar ainsi que sur les moments troublés malheureux de la guerre des années 1990 Vous aurez l'occasion d'essayer du café noir de style turc le long de la rivière Neretva ou de déjeuner avec des spécialités bosniaques sélectionnées ("Chevapchichi u somunu" - viande hachée dans du pain pita avec de la crème et des oignons) dans des restaurants traditionnels familiaux (à vos frais)
Le point de vue au-dessus de Slano vous offre une vue imprenable sur l'archipel des îles Élaphites ainsi que sur les îles de Mljet et Lastovo au loin - super arrêt photo
Arrêt facultatif sur la cascade de Kravice (si vous le choisissez sur une option de réservation - dans ce cas, nous visitons Ston-Kravice-Mostar au lieu de Pocitelj-Blagaj-Mostar) Kravice sont de superbes séries de cascades sur la rivière Trebizat, où nos clients peuvent marcher le long des cascades, ou même se baigner en été (auquel cas, apportez votre maillot de bain et serviette avec vous)

We recently took a private tour with Miho to Mostar, with stops at Kravice waterfall and Ston. Miho was a great guide for the day - we really appreciated all his local knowledge, humour and personal stories (thank you for the recipe too!). My partner lived in Bosnia as a child but hadn't been back to the country since 1992 - it made such a difference to have a guide who was so open and reassuring, it really removed any anxiety. The organisation and arranging of the tour was excellent. We kept great time but this was done without pressure, Miho was happy to tweak timings if it was helpful to spend a little more time in one of the places we stopped at. We got to Kravice in the mid-morning and we were able to avoid the arrival of larger groups. It was very special to spend time in such a beautiful place with only a handful of other people. When we got to Mostar, Miho introduced us to some of the key sites in the centre and it was really helpful to have his recommendations for places to eat either side of the river. It meant we made better use of the time: we were able to go in some shops and have a lovely lunch (cevapi and Bosnian coffee) next to the Neretva. On our journey back we stopped in Ston and got to see the saltworks and views of the medieval walls, it was awesome to hear some of the history. Thanks again for helping us have such a great day, Miho. We will certainly look at doing Doria tours again in the future.

From the outset Doria were really amazing! Josip was so helpful online when I made the first enquiry. In just a couple of emails he confirmed the booking as requested and without advance payment. The day before our trip, our driver Miho reached out to confirm all the details and the next day he arrived promptly with a clean and comfortable van, just for the two of us. Miho was an excellent driver and tour guide, explaining the places we were going to visit and the route we would take. He took time to show us around the ottoman village and the dervish house before moving on to Mostar. Miho was so friendly and chatty that we found many different things to talk about, which made the long journey very interesting. I would highly recommend a personal guided tour with Doria because they are very flexible and allow you to arrange the time as best suits you, allowing for toilet stops and leaving earlier if you require.

Our tour guide, Vincent, took us to Pocitelj, Kravice Falls and Mostar. The trip was easy, Vincent was informative and funny and we learned a lot about Bosnia-Herzegovina! His restaurant recommendation was delicious. This is money well spent! All logistics were taken care of!

Our guide Miho was fantastic! Miho called me the morning of the tour to let me know he was running 30 minutes late due to the company lot was locked to pick up the van… but don’t get me wrong… Miho made up the time! Miho took a short cut while in Bosnia and took a route we were not supposed to take to Mostar. Miho never made us feel rushed while we toured and told us to take our time at all the various stops we made. Miho was very knowledgeable of the history and very fluent in English. Miho was so professional he even returned back to our hotel to return an item my Wife left in the van. Mostar Bosnia is well worth the visit if you have extra time from Dubrovnik… a totally different vibe and experience and beautiful old town and bridge!
