Abdul was a great host, he has strong English, answered all our questions and was helpful dropping us off and picking us up at 6 sites. We loved Markech and would recommend it as a cool cultural stop for anyone visiting Morocco.

This was a wonderful trip to see Marrakech in a short window. I would have liked to have stayed overnight. Abdulrahman took me to all the iconic places and took many pictures for me. I would say my favorite was seeing the Koutoubia Mosque. The biggest wow moment was walking through the Bahia Palace, the most relaxing portion was walking through the Jardin Majorelle. If you’re spending a short time in Casablanca I would recommend this as an opportunity to see Marrakech. However be warned the drive is long, taking the train may be a preferred option.

Disappointing tour for many reasons. While the 'project manager' got in touch with us the day before (the good part): 1) The car was not what we requested or promised. It was old with not effective air conditioning (imagine this in super hot Marrakkesh weather) not enough space (for a 12 hour long trip). 2) The itinerary in the description was very different from reality. We were on our own for the first 2 stops followed by a walking guided tour for 3+ hours in mid summer heat which we were not prepared for (not told) 3) The 'guide' was fast - both in walking and explaining. We understood very little. We ended up using majority of the 'walking tour' time to spend by ourselves. 4) Overall the 'service' was not professional. Small things - filling gas right after the drive started from Casablanca which he could have done prior to picking us up; making us walk to the parked car in super hot weather to a car with not effective air conditioning where as the driver could have brought the car to us with at least a little bit of a cold / fresh car (we asked and was told its jist a 5 minute walk; concept simply not understood) - this list could go on. We have done many tours across the globe through Viator and I would rate this very low, especially compared to this region. For example, we had excellent tours in Rabat and Casablanca just the days before through a different company.

Marrakech experienced exceptionally high temperatures during your visit, which can sometimes affect comfort levels despite our efforts to maintain our vehicles properly. Concerning the itinerary and walking portions of the tour, we understand that the heat made the experience more challenging. However, it is important to note that many of Marrakech's historical sites and the old Medina are pedestrian areas where vehicle access is either restricted or completely prohibited. As a result, walking is an essential part of discovering the city's most authentic and historic locations. We are also sorry to hear that the guide's pace and explanations did not meet your expectations. We will certainly share your comments with our team so that we can improve the experience for future guests. Regarding the operational points you mentioned, such as refueling and the parking location, we understand your concerns and will review these procedures internally. Our intention is always to provide a safe, reliable, and enjoyable service. While we regret that your experience was not as positive as those you had in Rabat and Casablanca, we would like to mention that the vast majority of our guests have enjoyed this tour and have been satisfied with both the itinerary and the service provided. Long and hot. Driver took us to shops that obviously were giving kick backs as they were very expensive. Then on the way back to Casablanca he was in an accident, not his fault, but we had to wait. 3 hours for insurance people to show up . That meant our dinner was a sandwich from a rest stop.

The tour itinerary, including travel times, is clearly known in advance and was selected at the time of booking. Despite the warm temperatures, which are common in the region during this season, we always do our best to ensure our guests' comfort throughout the excursion. We would also like to point out that, as a gesture of hospitality, we offered complimentary stops during the trip, including a tea break and a camel photo opportunity at no extra charge. Concerning the shops visited, we do not receive commissions or kickbacks from any stores. Guests are always free to browse, negotiate prices, or choose not to purchase anything. As in every destination around the world, some shops offer higher prices than others, and purchasing decisions remain entirely at the discretion of each customer. Finally, regarding the traffic accident, we understand the inconvenience caused by the delay. Fortunately, nobody was injured. While the accident was not caused by our driver, local procedures required waiting for the authorities and insurance representatives before continuing the journey. Unfortunately, this was beyond our control. We value all feedback and are proud that the vast majority of our guests consistently leave satisfied and positive reviews about this tour. Excellent service and attention from our driver Wafdi and our guide Abdul. They were very kind and had a great disposition for the tour. The explanations and everything always made us feel secure at all times. I recommend 100% and ask for Wafdi and Abdoul.

Abderrahman was very nice and informative. We never had to wait for him. He was always ready for us. He was very generous and bought us a coffee for the trip home, which was so sweet. My only suggestion would be to list the prices for the potential itinerary activities on the Viator advertisement so people can be prepared. We were able to use our card for the gardens and palace, but had to pay cash for the camels. We were lucky that we had that much cash on us, but I don't know if everyone will be that prepared, so a heads up ahead of time would be helpful.

Regarding the Majorelle Gardens, we had already informed you in advance and the tickets were booked online. The additional museum visit was requested at the last minute, which is why it was added separately. As for the Palace and the camel ride, it is already mentioned in the tour description that entrance fees and optional activities are not included and must be paid on site.
