Lorsque vous serez à Rome, vous vous arrêterez à la place Navone, au Panthéon, à la fontaine de Trevi et à la place d'Espagnol.Comme vous le savez bien, Rome est un musée en plein air et entre un arrêt et un autre, vous aurez l'occasion de voir la conduite à travers d'autres merveilles telles que : Basilique Saint-Pierre, Piazza Venezia, Circus Maximus, Via dei forI Imperiali, Bocca Della Verità, ghetto juif, Teatro Marcello et bien plus encore! Pendant la visite, votre chauffeur personnel partagera avec vous un petit patrimoine historique de cette merveilleuse ville et vous suggérera également des restaurants et des cafés, où vous pourrez vous arrêter et déguster toutes les merveilles culinaires du lieu (les repas sont à vos frais). Votre chauffeur vous attendra au port de Civitavecchia, là où le navire accoste, dans la zone réservée aux limousines, avec une voiture de luxe climatisée, le trajet jusqu'à Rome prend 90 min.
nous nous arrêterons près de la piazza navona et après une explication de l'endroit, vous pourrez le visiter indépendamment et prendre des photos.
nous nous arrêterons au panthéon et après l'explication de l'endroit, vous serez prêt à visiter le panthéon à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur lorsque cela est possible et peut-être prendre un bon expresso au célèbre bar Tazzadoro ou Sant 'Eustacchio, à vous de choisir !
Ici aussi nous nous arrêterons à la célèbre fontaine. Préparez vos pièces porte-bonheur si vous souhaitez retourner à Rome !
D'en haut comme d'en bas, la Place d'Espagne a toujours son charme, demandez au chauffeur où s'arrêter selon vos préférences.
Malgré sa réputation, la Piazza Venezia reste un monument imposant qui laisse sa marque. Il n'y a pas d'arrêts à cet endroit mais si besoin on peut toujours faire une exception !

La conduite sur cette route n'est autorisée qu'à nos véhicules qui ont une licence publique spécifique et à la police, vous pouvez admirer une énorme quantité de ruines mais ici il n'est absolument pas possible de s'arrêter.
Un endroit célèbre que tout le monde connaît mais peu savent qu'il est situé dans le point le plus ancien de tout Rome ... peut-être que votre chauffeur vous en parlera.
Avouons-le ... il reste très peu de choses du Circus Maximus mais c'est l'un des endroits les plus importants de Rome peut-être même plus que le Colisée ... Mais il y a un autre secret que vous devez connaître .... un chauffeur expert n'arrête jamais de te faire prendre la photo du cirque Maximus d'en haut à cause du gravier blanc qui se trouve sur le trottoir qui va salir sa voiture et je t'assure qu'il te racontera n'importe quelle histoire pour ne pas t'arrêter là... peut-être demandez-lui de s'arrêter d'en bas !

Nous pouvons l'appeler le père du Colisée, et c'est en effet une structure fascinante à deux pas du ghetto juif.
Oui c'est vrai ce n'est pas Rome mais c'est comme si c'était .. votre chauffeur vous emmènera à la frontière de cet état incroyable où vous pourrez admirer la grandeur de la basilique la plus importante du monde depuis la Piazza San Pietro et peut-être pourquoi ne pas prendre deux photos pendant l'audience papale

The absolute best way to see Rome in a short period of time! We were able to see all of our “must see” sights in Rome efficiently and were picked up directly from the cruise port. Our driver and guide, Carlo, was an expert in navigating the busy streets of Rome. He was knowledgeable and shared interesting information along the way, and taught us about local life as well. He also brought us to a delicious restaurant for lunch. His air conditioned van was comfortable and saved us from the extreme heat. We had the perfect day in Rome thanks to Carlo!
It was a similar price to the cruise excursions but offered a custom experience. They pick you up at the port and drop you off. A+

One day in Rome gave us a good sense of the city and made us want to come back for more! Emi was an excellent tour guide and driver, fun to talk to, and very knowledgeable. He gave us great guidance when he dropped us off nearby each sight for how to get around and back to him, while giving us space and time to explore. He planned our stops based on when there would be the least number of crowds, and we feel like he timed it really well! Also it was great to have a guide who is from Rome and takes so much pride in his city. It really makes a difference! We got the fast pass tickets for the Colosseum - it was so cool to walk around inside, but it was very crowded and hot, and poorly marked. We learned very quickly that wherever there was an entrance to something, that was where everyone was taking selfies/pictures. if you just walked 30 feet down it was virtually the same view and almost no one taking pictures. That was a theme throughout our visit in Rome, especially at Trevi fountain. Emi made a recommendation for lunch, a place that locals frequent (vs. tourists). They brought us course after course, and a carafe of wine - first it was a selection of appetizers for two, then a pizza, then 2 pastas, and then a deep fried artichoke, and finally a selection of desserts and espressos - it was so much food! (and a total of 60E!). The drive is long from the Civitavecchia cruise port (about 1.5 hours), so the day is packed with lots of sights in a short time. We were also able to get into the Vatican/St Peter Basilica and walk around and then visited the Pantheon (outside only - we were tired), because Emi again timed our visits according to lower crowd numbers. Great experience, and we cannot wait to come back and dive in deeper to Rome in the future.

We were on a cruise, and this was a far better experience than taking the standard excursion. We got to see so much more than we would have if we’d chosen the cruise option. Our family of four had a private driver with us all day, and it cost the same as the cruise excursion—without the hassle of riding a big bus and waiting on everyone else. The driver picked us up at the ship at 8 a.m. and brought us back at 5 p.m. He toured us around in a comfortable Mercedes Sprinter van. It was fantastic!

Alberto was excellent!! I don't know how to see Rome without a tour guide like Alberto. He would drive us thru the crowds all the way up to each venue. A couple steps out of the car and we were in St Peter's Square. He's very friendly and speaks English well.

Rome is a must see city. Although it is a very crowded city our driver/guide handled the traffic with ease. Carlos was extremely knowledgeable and personable. We had lunch at a real local Italian restaurant and it was very nice.

My sister and I had a wonderful day on Rome thanks to I-Tours. Pickup right at the cruise dock was a big plus. Our driver Massimo was charming and answered all our questions about Italy. Our Colosseum and Vatican guide was a tiny ball of energy who was extremely informative. We managed to see several other things and have time for lunch! Great experience and for just 2 people very reasonably priced.
