Yasuhiro-san was a wonderful guide to have around Nagoya. He was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I could not have asked for anyone better!
Fun and well-paced. Yumi was very knowledgeable and conscientious. She spent about an hour longer with us than was planned, which was great. She went out of our way and helped us find a specific store of interest to us. She picked a very nice place for lunch, and gave us great information about Nagoya. It was a rainy day, so she made adjustments so we were underground more than planned.
Very interesting private tour with Taka who knew how to find us what we wanted to buy. We just regretted that the tour did not include the Shogun Museum next to the castle... we would have liked to have his explanations!
We signed the travel agency agreement at the start to indicate that we do NOT wish our photos to be used by them for advertising purposes. However the guide kept taking photos of my family randomly using her own phone camera (even though she had also helped us take photos on our own phone), saying she was helping us to take photos and will send photos to me. She never sent these photos to me. We felt this actually spoilt the overall experience that our privacy wish wasn’t respected - clearly she only wanted our photos taken and not for the client’s benefit. Other than that, our tour guide spoke good English and was family friendly.
A lovely day tour of the Nagoya Castle and the significant places of Nagoya. Our tour guide, Mrs. Tsuji, was patient, knowledgeable, and give us the storied backgrounds of the many things we saw during the tour. She was also very cheerful and certainly help livened up the cloudy and rainy day that we had. Would certainly recommend her!
Mr Yama-san was an energetic and jolly conversationalist and lively in explaining things, up to every detail. We had a great time with him. No dull moment at all! He explains all the history of the sights! He took care of us by giving cold packs as it was so hot due to summer! He even gave a simple souvenir to my daughter. As a bonus, we also fed the huge koi fishes in a pond 😊
Very nice day with our guide Yama San, we started with a visit to the fish market, then continued with the fabulous castles of Nagoya and its surroundings, we tasted a fabulous miso soup before leaving for the end of the visit at famous osu temple near osu market (very beautiful open market) Thank you for this wonderful day. We recommend it to anyone who comes to Nagoya for a day ♥️
Yama San is a very good and kind tour guide. When we return to Nagoya we would love to see him again. Thank you Yama San. 100% very good. He explains the tour spots ans never gets tired too.

I love our tour guide and the tour! I very much enjoyed my first time here in Japan! Our tour guide, Yama-San was really fun, kind and generous! His energy was so big that it made me happy. Thank you Yama-San!
Sorry for the late response. We're so excited to hear that you had a great time with your guide, Yama-san! Thank you for your kind words. We promise you to share your review to Yama-san.
A beautifully selected and guided tour through Nagoya with great photo and food spots. There were also a few shrine visits including explanations of how to pray in Shinto and Buddhist temples. Transfers by subway went smoothly. My guide, Hiro-San, spoke good English, so he was easy to understand. At lunchtime we discovered the culinary side of Nagoya.
Danke! Thank you for taking your time to write review and sorry for the late response. We're happy to hear that you had a great time with your guide Hiro-san. Please join us again!
