Profitez de cette excursion privée en dehors de Madrid, notamment du monastère de l’Escorial et de la vallée des morts. Vous voyagerez dans un véhicule privé avec un chauffeur privé pour assurer toute l’attention de votre guide. Une fois pris en charge à votre hébergement, vous entamerez un rapide tour panoramique de Madrid jusqu'à votre premier arrêt: le monastère de l'Escorial. Il est également connu sous le nom de monastère royal de San Lorenzo El Real, construit au XVIe siècle par le roi Phillip II. Vous visiterez également le Panthéon des Rois et la basilique. Après cela, le tour continuera en direction de la vallée des morts. Il est très proche du monastère Escorial et a été construit en tant que monument aux morts de la guerre civile espagnole. I had a wonderful day .. Firstly the actual locations were simply amazing . To see La Escorial after reading so much about it was like a step back in history for me but the real surprise was The Valley of the Fallen ...I confess that I didn’t know about it before I booked the tour. It was simply breathtaking!!! I could have spent all day just sitting looking at it. But is was more than the locations that made this a rather special day for me. Robert, my driver, was just so lovely and made sure that I was well looked after including where I might stop for lunch ( which was delicious) and taking me to vantage points where I could get some great photos. Finally, Robert was so well informed about Spanish history and spoke really great English so I not only had the fabulous experience but also a chance to talk about history, my favourite topic. I learned lots of interesting facts and stories to add to my growing understanding of Spanish history and culture. I cannot recommend these guys any more than to say that I would most definitely book again for another tour in the future.
