Louxor par avion devient rapidement aussi populaire que le Caire. L'une des principales raisons de sa popularité est que de nombreux touristes ne fréquentent pas Louxor autant que le Caire. Vous pouvez donc garantir que le voyage sera plus détendu sans l'agitation qui a lieu en particulier lors de la visite du Caire et que l'aéroport n'est certainement pas aussi mouvementé. c’est l’un des voyages que nous ne saurions trop recommander. Louxor est une ville de la Haute (sud) Égypte et la capitale du gouvernorat de Louxor. En tant que site de l'ancienne ville égyptienne de Thèbes (la grande capitale de l'Égypte pendant le Nouvel Empire), Louxor a souvent été qualifiée de « plus grand musée en plein air du monde », car les ruines des complexes de temples de Karnak et de Louxor se trouvent à l'intérieur. la ville moderne. Juste en face, de l'autre côté du Nil, se trouvent les monuments, temples et tombeaux de la nécropole de Cisjordanie, qui comprennent la Vallée des Rois et la Vallée des Reines. Des milliers de touristes internationaux arrivent chaque année pour visiter ces monuments.

La Vallée des Rois : Lorsque Louxor était la capitale de l'Égypte, les rois choisissaient cette vallée pour être leur lieu de sépulture caché parmi les collines. Il contient plus de 62 tombeaux creusés par les rois des 18e, 19e et 20e dynasties. La Vallée des Rois doit sa renommée à la découverte du tombeau du roi d'or Tut Ankh Amon. Enfin, vous ferez une expérience du style de vie de la population locale de Cisjordanie et vous aurez également la chance de connaître certains de leurs objets artisanaux. Dès que vous aurez terminé votre visite en Cisjordanie, vous vous dirigerez vers la Cisjordanie où vous prendrez votre déjeuner et ferez une pause pour être prêt pour la deuxième partie de la visite.
Le temple d'El Deir - Elbahri (le temple de la reine Hatshepsout) : Ce temple est l'un des plus beaux temples que nous ayons en Egypte. Il a été creusé dans la montagne et construit par la reine Hatchepsout (la femme forte qui dirigeait l'Égypte au 15ème siècle avant JC). Il servait de temple mortuaire.
Les Colosses de Memmon : Les Colosses de Memmon sont deux immenses statues. Ce sont les seules statues debout restantes devant le temple mortuaire d'Imonhotep III. La rive Est : Les Temples de Karnak : Le complexe des temples de Karnak est le deuxième plus grand complexe religieux au monde !!!! Elle possède la plus grande salle hypostyle (salle à colonnes construite par le roi Ramsès II) au monde avec 134 colonnes. Il a été construit par différentes générations de pharaons. Vous y verrez l'obélisque le plus haut (l'obélisque d'Hatchepsout) d'Égypte. À la fin de votre visite, vous vous rendrez à l'aéroport de Louxor pour prendre l'avion pour Charm el-Cheikh et à votre arrivée, vous trouverez notre représentant. en attendant que vous vous conduisiez à votre hôtel juste à temps pour récupérer les dernières commandes pour le dîner.

They canceled my flight a few hours before. The refund will take place in 5 business days and therefore I have to pay an even higher amount upfront, given the proximity of the dates, for the next available date. Money spent on the visa (the 5 of us paid 150 euros). Excursions missed for the day of the new schedule and significant inconvenience. Never again with them!
We took the private tour (just a little more expensive) and our Ahmed and our driver Hammad were great. We got to plan the itinerary for the entire day and spend as long or as little at each location as we liked. There were no surprise charges (you do need to pay some nentry fees) and we were not forced to visit local factories etc. Knowledgabel guide and plenty for water supplied, air condicrtioned vehicle. Was great day for the kids. Our best day in Eygpt.

We experienced a full day private tour to Luxor by plane. We were picked up at our hotel promptly in a very clean and nice car. The transitions between teams at different check points were smooth. The experience was relaxing and rich in cultural experiences. Ahmed the tour guide made sure we were taken care of and accommodated our asks professionally. Essam the driver was very nice and drove very safe. I would highly recommend the tour experience to anyone from Sharm that wants a day excursion to experience the cultural aspects of Egypt.

We had a wonderful day on our private tour to Luxor. Ahmed our guide, and our drivers Mohammed and Mustafa (in Sharm and Luxor) were all lovely and everything ran extremely efficiently. Ahmed was great and tailor- made the trip for us brilliantly- ao we visited the tombs of Ramses V/V1, Seti and Tutankhamen - which were all well worth visiting, as well as a short boat trip on the Nile. We ended the day at Karnak temple which was spectacular, and then Luxor temple which was beautiful illuminated at night. A truly memorable end to a magic day. Thank you all!

During our trip to Sharm El Sheikh, we purchased a one-day tour to visit Luxor. Our tour guide, Ahmed, was extremely friendly, talkative, hospitable, and gentlemanly. He shared his extensive knowledge of Egyptian history with us in fluent English. When we wanted to extend the tour we had purchased, he offered us several alternative options. The tour was very comfortable, and the vehicle was also quite comfortable. He also took us to the airport exactly at the time we requested. We are planning to come here again and are already looking forward to traveling with him once more.

What a fantastic day . Fr pick up at 4am to flight at 6am , then meeting our fantastic guide Ahmed I juts can’t fault a thing about the day. Being a couple , we opted for the private tour so got a driver ( very good ) and guide in a new SUV , very luxurious. We visited the valley of the kings first to miss the rush and it was amazing. Lots of steps as you can expect but very compact area wise. Then off to two more sites and lunch on the Nile. As we were rattling round our itinerary Ahmed suggested we could fit in more sites for a very reasonable £70 extra each and we agreed. Truly awesome day with Luxor almost completed but we will be back. Oh and the pit stop on the way back to the airport where Ahmed bought us drinks and Snack for the departure lounge to save paying airport prices was a lovely touch. 100% recommend and ask for Ahmed on your booking , if when we come back - we will be.

This trip is only worth it if you are completely desperate to see the sites in luxor . If you have time and money shop around as this experience ,we felt was a complete money grabbing operation. None of the sites entry tickets where in included in the price so the whole day you are paying EXTRA money ontop of what you already paid . Everyone who greets or you or marginally interacts with you wants high tips and treats you coldly and with disdain if you don't pay enough . There where 2 waste of time excursions to spice and pottery shops where the staff are shouting at you and almost forcing you to buy things and incredibly pushy and rude. The lunch was a minimum option buffet that made us both feel sick after. We where also dropped off at the airport 4 hours before our flight ! This time could have been spent at other sites or added to the sites we seen. It was all very rushed and hardly anytime at the sites. Of course we Loved the sites themselves ancient Egyptians are amazing modern ones not so much . Disappointed to be very honest .
My sister and I had such an amazing experience with Hamdy. His knowledge on the history of Egypt is amazing. Very extensive and interesting. I would highly recommend this private excursion with him because he allows you to tailor your experience to how you would like to spend the day. We’re so glad we got to see as much as we did.
