Excursion privée d'une journée aux chutes du Niagara

I happy to have finally seen Niagara Falls but this “tour” is more a driver taking you on a loop from Toronto to the sites of Niagara Falls and back. Whilst the car and driver were nice with safe driving, it really was just basic information given. I suspected this might be the case on booking but definitely preferable to 5 hours sat on a coach!

We booked a last minute private guide through VIP Ontario Tours for my 12 year old daughter and I to see the Falls and the surrounding area. Lisa was our guide and we had the best experience. We had driven over from a sporting event in Rochester, NY and had limited time to see the falls and wanted to get the most out of it. Lisa was great from start to finish. She took us to the beautiful town of Niagara on the Lake and heard all about the historical events that took place in that area and , of course, the start of the falls. We also stopped at the the whirlpool area of the river which was very neat to see as well and not something I would have known about. We also went into the tunnels underneath the falls. It was the perfect balance of history and sight seeing with something for the both of us. Highly recommend this company and Lisa if you want to get the most out of a quick day trip to Niagara!

Just completed a day trip from Toronto to the Niagara. It was a private tour with driver. It was fantastic. Walter was our driver and guide and took wonderful care of us. We went to Niagara Falls and he gave us all the information we needed and all the time we wanted to experience the Falls. We then toured the area, went to a lovely winery and saw Niagara on the Lake. Walter accommodated our requests and was flexible with what we wanted to do. I appreciated that he was not pushy with the schedule and did not have a canned itinerary or presentation. They really do try to accommodate you and give you the best experience possible. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Excellent tour to Niagara Falls with Lisa. Very professional and she has alot of knowledge of the area. You can tell that she loves what she does and is very passionate about the customer. We told her it was our anniversary and she suprised us with flowers. Great small touch. Would recommend. Tip: Bring warm clothes for winter!

Sam treated us like true VIP's! We were not thrilled at the weather conditions but Sam is the Man! He is a great talker, very professional and is the smoothest driver we have ever met. While the falls were lovely, (minus the wind) we couldn't get over our tour guide. In -18 he walked us over to show us the water flowing over the falls, and even offered to take our picture. Lunch was on par at the winery and the Ice wine is a must try. I am still waiting to try the poutin Sam suggested. If you book a private tour request SAM!!!

Hello TripAdvisor, Brian Herrington, I just wanted to share what an amazing experience my wife and I had from the fine folks at VIP.I looked through alot of companys and when I seen this one, I knew it was it. Catchy name, and they promote luxury vehicles. i went on the website and seemlessly booked our trip.-Not too computer literate. I opted for the vehilce upgrade option. The company contacted me the night before confirming my pick up time at the Hilton in Niagara Falls, along wiht my driver who was Lisa. Lisa was prompt in arriving at the hotel with a brand new black Cadillac truck. It was rainning so she stood there with an umbrella for us while we got in the truck. She even brought extra for me and my wife. When we got in it definately had that new car smell. We were offered a cooler with two kinds of water and Lisa's personable snack basket. She must have had almost everything in there, the coconut clusters were my favorite. Back to the tour, we didn't do the boat ride, but instead the Journey Behind the falls. What a great up close experience. Little tight downthere though. Lisa said the town on the lake was a must see, so we went there for lunch. She was so pleasant we asked her to have lunch with us at a the pillar & post...you must try the fish & chips. After lunch we walked around the town, and went to Peller Estates for what the call the Greatest Winery Experience. All in all, the company handeled everything very well. Very professional. Lisa was very personable made us feel like family and made sure we did't get wet. Job Well done Folks! Brian & Marg

My family did the private day trip to Niagara falls. Our driver and guide, Roy Lawrence was amazing! Roy was engaging, knowledgeable and fun! We opted out of the boat tour and did "The Journey behind the Falls", which gave us a spectacular view of the falls with out the crowds. Roy then took us to Niagara on the Lake village, so charming, and gave us a great lunch recommendation. Bella Vita was delicious, home made Italian. Roy was terrific, even my 17 year old enjoyed the day! Highly recommend doing a private tour!!

To start off, my family and I were visiting and decided to spend a day visiting the famous Niagara Falls. We got picked up from the Fairmont Hotel downtown by our amazing tour guide, who told us to call him as BJ. He made us feel so comfortable the whole ride there, making us laugh and constantly ensuring we had what we needed to be comfortable, from air conditioning to answering any questions we had and letting us know trivia about the area. I really recommend BJ as a tour guide and driver if you're going with family as the children were very comfortable with him! he let us know the best places to take pictures and was constantly interacting with all of us! VIP Ontario Tours ensured a stress free and enjoyable trip and we are beyond satisfied with the service we have received. Would recommend to anyone who was interested, and make sure you ask for BJ!

If you truly want the VIP experience, this tour company is for you! Our driver Tim was professional and so knowledgeable about the Niagara Falls and surrounding area. At our request, he took us off the beaten path and showed us some of the hidden gems that locals enjoy. When we return, we will definitely be using this company again! 5 star service across the board!

Taking the option of a smaller party private tour rather than the larger bus tour, certainly gave us a more personal experience with greater lunch overseeing the spectacular falls, wine tasting, town visits, etc.... Heidi certainly ensured we all had a great day.
