We waited almost an hour past our scheduled pickup time before we finally got a message that our tour was canceled, too late to schedule anything else. This is our first experience with Viator and probably our last.

Our guide, Manuel, was very knowledgeable and personable. We had an 11 hour layover in Santiago and this tour was a perfect way to see the city and get back to the airport. We met the guide at the Holiday Inn at the airport which you can walk to. We left our luggage in the vehicle with the driver as we explored with Manuel. Highly recommend.

We met our Travel guide in the lobby of the Airport Holiday inn. He helped us with luggage to a clean comfortable van where the driver was waiting for us. As we we visited sights- the driver stayed in the van with our luggage for security. ( we arrived in the am and flew up late pm so this was a 4 hour city tour)

Manuel was an excellent guide. It was a very hot day and he adjusted the tour so that we got a great overview of the city with short walks to several overlooks, the Spanish Fort and the cable car ride. The cable car was a terrific introduction to the city as well as the large urban park it traverses. Manuel was very knowledgeable and related a lot of historical facts and anecdotes. We would highly recommend this tour.
