Excursion privée d'une demi-journée à Londres avec Guide et Chauffeur

We left the tour one hour early as it felt as waste of our time- the tour guide wasn’t knowledgeable and the car didn’t have a conditioner during a hot summer day :(

What makes a tour good for me is the enthusiasm of the guide. Our guide really loves the history he was sharing with us. We wanted a getting to know London tour without riding a bus, and having someone who could answer questions. This is s great way to get acquainted and learn too.

Dennis was a fantastic guide! We all learned so much and had a wonderful time. This tour was the perfect mix of driving and walking. We traveled with 3 generations of family members and everyone enjoyed it!

The person that I made the half day tour with was great. And paying the $517 which was more than expected was still okay because I really wanted a tour of London for my family. After payment I received chat messages on Whatsapp from the owner of the company I believe. Asking about the sizes of our bags where he stated after I sent pictures that we may need to keep them at the coach bus station in london. I had no problem with that if we needed to do that. The worst part of this was that when we did arrive and it was slightly late at 11:15 in the morning. The driver and the tour guide were not able to find us and we were at a very used and popular place called The London Victoria Coach station. We didn't start the tour until 12:15. I was very concerned because I'm expecting that drivers know where they're going especially when you're paying good money for a tour. We made an understanding that they would take us back to our hotel which was about 30 minutes away. Unknown to me however in all our communications was that the tour guide whose name was Nuno and the driver were two separate people and the owner was also separate from them. So it was kind of confusing that the tour guide was not the driver that there was a driver and a tour guide. So our tour would have to be cut short by 30 minutes to get to the hotel that was also agreed to. But at 2:00 in the afternoon I got a call from the owner of the tour company stating that the tour was from 11:00 to 2:00 even though they picked us up at 12:15. The driver was waiting since 11:00 in the morning which was b*******. I stated to the owner and also had the tour guide Nuno which was very helpful explain what went on. The owner still stated that he will not pay the driver anymore than through 2:00 in the afternoon. So I need to pay the driver an extra $20 when we got to the hotel just cuz I felt sorry because the driver wasn't going to get paid. Even though the driver was not knowledgeable about the location of where we were at when we needed to start the tour. So I'm really upset about this tour we felt a little rushed Nuno, the tour guide,however was very nice and accommodating and I hope that he goes on to bigger and better things than to deal with this tour company that we had to deal with.

This trip was so much better than expected, we were shown so many of the main London sights and Dennis was so full of knowledge. We didn’t expect to be getting out of the car but the stop offs through out were very enjoyable and there was plenty of photo opportunities. The driver was also great meeting up with us a different points through out the tour and calmly dealing with the stressful London traffic. Would definitely recommend if you were looking for a guided tour of the city.

Arranged a half day tour for our group of six after a Viking cruise. We had a lot of time before our flight and thought we would do a bit of touring of the highlights of the city. Dennis was very responsive and helpful and arranged a pick up in tilbury and drop off at Heathrow. We had the drivers number and met up with Dennis in central London. It was a grey and cold day, but we had a great time and made our flight in plenty of time. Highly recommend.
