Au cours de cette visite, vous aurez l'occasion de comprendre comment le café est cultivé, d'en apprendre davantage sur les différents processus de fabrication du café et de goûter au moins quelques marques de café renommées de Fairview. Le temps passé à la ferme de café est d'environ 3 heures ; 1 heure est consacrée à l'aller et 1 heure au retour.

Vous serez pris en charge à votre hôtel, chez l'habitant ou à votre résidence à 8h30 OU à 12h30 et commencerez le trajet jusqu'à la ferme de café Fairview. L'heure de prise en charge dépendra parfois de l'endroit où vous séjournerez. Ensuite, vous commencerez le trajet jusqu'à la ferme de café Fairview. A votre arrivée, le personnel professionnel vous présentera l'histoire de la ferme. La deuxième étape sera la visite de l'usine de café et vous en apprendrez plus sur la transformation du café et toutes les étapes qu'elle implique. La troisième étape sera la visite du laboratoire de café où se fait la torréfaction. Ici, vous pourrez également tester le café et vous pourrez également avoir la possibilité d'acheter du café à rapporter à la maison. Plus tard, vous irez dans le jardin où l'on vous servira du café, des biscuits et il y a aussi du lait que vous pouvez ajouter. C'est une visite à ne pas manquer à Nairobi. Plus tard, retour à votre hôtel qui marque la fin de la visite.

This is a beautiful quiet tour. The farm is pristine and the tour is so interesting. You get to see all of the steps in producing a single estate coffee. Our guide, Raymond, was excellent, engaging and informative.

The tour of this coffee farm (Fairview Estate) was a great experience. Anna the guide was very informative and really friendly. She shared tons of details and experiences about growing coffee while on the tour of the facility. We were able to see all the parts from early plants, current plants in production, picking, sorting, etc. Then we were able to taste the wonderful different roasts. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who likes coffee.

Great tour for all coffee lovers. Our driver (Black Santa) was prompt and courteous and got us to Fairview with plenty of time to spare so we could take a walk around the gardens before the tour began. We had the wonderful Irene as our guide. Her passion and knowledge was incredible and she made the tour fun. Highly recommend this tour to anyone that wants to know more about the coffee lifecycle.
