Pour commencer notre incroyable aventure, notre guide viendra vous chercher à votre hôtel, complexe, résidence ou airbnb préféré à San Juan, Isla Verde et Condado (bien que les hôtels de Rio Grande ou Fajardo ne soient pas éligibles, nous pouvons organiser un point de rendez-vous pratique à proximité de votre hébergement pour votre aisance et votre confort). L'horaire sera de 7h00 à 12h00 ou de 12h00 à 17h00. Les deux horaires ont été stratégiquement choisis pour éviter les foules créées par les grands groupes d'autres entreprises afin de le rendre plus confortable et plus sûr pour vous.
À votre arrivée, notre guide certifié vous guidera à travers cet incroyable lieu secret de "El Yunque". Dans cette zone, vous explorerez les sentiers de boue et le vert luxuriant de la forêt tropicale. La randonnée durera environ 2,5 kilomètres au total et prendra environ vingt minutes pour atteindre la première zone de baignade et encore quinze minutes de marche sur les rochers pour arriver au toboggan aquatique. Nous passerons environ 2 heures à l'intérieur de la forêt tropicale où nous nagerons, nous balancerons à la corde comme Tarzan, glisserons sur un toboggan naturel, nous rafraîchirons sous la cascade et sauterons de différentes falaises.
Une fois l'expérience terminée, chaque membre du groupe sera ramené à son hébergement ou à son point de rendez-vous.

Les clients séjournant plus près de El Yunque (Luquillo, Fajardo, Río Grande) ont une heure de prise en charge plus tardive (vers 12h30).Nous confirmerons votre heure exacte de ramassage la veille. [Etape 2]: Vous serez pris en charge dans votre hôtel, complexe hôtelier, résidence, Airbnb ou port de croisière préféré à San Juan, Isla Verde ou Condado (Bien que les hôtels à Rio Grande ou Fajardo ne soient pas admissibles, nous pouvons organiser un point de rendez-vous pratique près de votre hébergement pour votre facilité et votre confort). [Etape 4]: Avant votre ramassage, assurez-vous de mettre votre maillot de bain, des baskets avec une bonne prise en main et apportez votre serviette et un ensemble supplémentaire de vêtements pour sécher et changer après votre visite. Note: Toboggans, crocs, sandales ou chaussures nautiques interdits (trop glissants pour cette randonnée). [Étape 5]: Assurez-vous d'être prêt à monter à bord du véhicule à l'heure de prise en charge fixée par votre guide. Les conducteurs n'attendront pas plus de 10 minutes après l'heure prévue de prise en charge. Notre guide vous enverra un SMS ou vous appellera à votre arrivée à l'endroit convenu. Important : Notre activité est conçue pour les personnes entre 10 et 60 ans avec une excellente condition physique. Il faut être capable de marcher tout seul dans des surfaces inégales. Pour des raisons de sécurité, les personnes en surpoids, ayant déjà subi des blessures, étant enceintes ou ayant des problèmes de santé ne sont pas autorisées à participer. Une preuve de l'âge par licence ou certificat de naissance sera nécessaire pour assurer le respect de ces exigences. - Les participants doivent être physiquement capables de marcher sans aide sur des surfaces escarpées, rocheuses, boueuses et inégales.
- Ce circuit fonctionne en fonction des conditions météorologiques et fluviales. En cas de mauvais temps, une option de report ou de remboursement vous sera proposée.
- L'utilisation du gilet de sauvetage et du casque est obligatoire.
- Le samedi, la randonnée dure environ 15 minutes de plus puisque nous partons d'un point différent.

Bien que nous permettions l'utilisation de lunettes de prescription pour ceux qui en ont besoin pour la vision, tous les autres objets personnels devraient être laissés dans un endroit sûr avant l'excursion.

I cannot say enough amazing things about our private El Yunque tour with Tours Hacker and our guide, Javier. This was hands down one of the BEST experiences of our entire vacation and a day our family will never forget! We did it ALL — waterfalls, natural water slides, rope swings, beautiful scenery, and so many fun adventures along the way. But what really made the experience incredible was Javier. He was knowledgeable, patient, fun, attentive, and made the entire day feel completely personalized to our family. One of my favorite memories was watching Javier help my mom make it all the way to the waterfall! I honestly wasn't sure she would be able to do it, but he was so patient and encouraging with her and made sure she felt safe the entire way. Beeing with her there was such a special family moment and something I will always remember. Javier also knew exactly where to go, how to make the most of our time, and made the entire experience feel like an adventure with a friend rather than just another organized tour. We laughed, explored, challenged ourselves, and made some incredible family memories. It was my ten year's old first hike, and honestly without Javier it would not have been possible. She did amazing! We travel quite a bit and have done many tours and excursions, and this one truly stands out. Michael was such an excellent and interesting guide, I am very glad that we booked with them. He clearly cares deeply about the rainforest and the experience of his guests - I am happy we were able to see this beautiful environment through his eyes. This park can get crowded, and after an initial rounding of the corner and seeing so many people we were initially hit with ‘what have we done’ - as this is the experience we were not after. But Michael graciously navigated us through and we quickly forgot and almost appreciated the others around us. It’s clear that all the other guides knew and respected him and we couldn’t have selected a better guide. The private tour here is the best choice.

This was our first trip to Puerto Rico. I have two sons and we tried to see as much of the great Island as we possibly could. The trip we booked with Tours Hacker was the highlight of our trip. The tour was so fun and Michael was amazing!! More scrambling and climbing than anticipated, which was great for us, but something to keep in mind for older people. Michael was also very knowledgeable and shared fun facts about the rainforest, plants and reptiles. I recommend leaving any big jewelry at home because you will be using your hands to climb and your earrings might get stuck on the helmet when you're going down the water slides.

We so enjoyed our private tour with Adrian. He was knowledgeable about the area and very fun to explore with. The natural water slides were amazing and waterfalls were beautiful. The tour company was very easy to work with and the communication was great. We loved it.

I’m so glad we booked the smaller group tour (we had 6 total people vs’ groups of 20+ that we passed). We had an amazing and unique experience with this tour! From start to finish our guide Michael was professional and friendly. He was very knowledgable about the rainforest and pointed out interesting things along the hike. We were also given protective gear for the hike, which many other tours didn’t seem to have. Michael made sure that we all were safe at every point and even cheered us on to encourage big jumps off the cliffs! He took pics of everything and sent them to us so we could just enjoy and not need our phones. The whole trip was unbelievable, my teens had a blast, and although we are gettting older as parents we did conquer the tough climb up the rocks to slide down the falls (with Michael’s help of course)!

If you do any tour while in Puerto Rico, do this one! Our guide Michael, was absolutely hands-down the best we’ve ever had on any vacation. He was thoughtful, engaging, made sure he put safety first, and most of all allowed us to have a lot of fun. There were only four of us on this tour and with life vests on, we swam through caves and did some cliff jumping. We were able to stand in the water, so don’t worry. Transport was on time and easy, and the tour was well worth the price. It was an unforgettable experience that my two teen children, husband, and I will never forget.

This was a phenomenal experience. It was great especially bc it was a private group, in an air conditioned car picked us up right from the San Juan cruise port. The father and son duo of tour guides were knowledgeable and very professional and friendly. The son took all our pictures and videos on a nice camera so we didn’t need to carry a thing. We got to do the water slide, rope swing jump and cliff jumps. The hike was definitely not for the out of shape though, we did have some climbing and rocks were slippery in some areas so I wouldn’t recommend for elderly or disabled. I am not very fit and had to stop for quick breaks but it was worth the effort to get to the waterfall and slide. I highly recommend!
