Juliet was an extraordinary guide and we were so delighted to have chosen her private tour in the neighborhood where Anne Franke lived as a young child until her father hid the family in the quarters he secretly created in his office building. We learned so much through Juliet’s very deep knowledge and artifacts.
Dietrich was extremely knowledgeable about Anne Frank and her family. He struggled through rainy and windy weather to provide us with little known details about what the Frank family and others endured. The hot coffee break near the tour end was a much needed break. Thanks, Deitrich!
Never went on tour, misleading heading on website, I thought it was actually a tour of the house, it was not.
Our guide, Evelyn, was excellent! She is very knowledgeable and told us many stories of Anne Frank and her family. We learned a lot about that time in history in Amsterdam and the Jewish quarter, as well as, information about current life in Amsterdam. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with her!
Great tour guide! Daphne was phenomenal and we had a tremendous time learning about Anne Frank’s life.
We had a wonderful tour of the area where Anne Frank lived and went to school. We also learned a great deal of history on the parts of Europe impacted by the Nazis. The guide was very knowledgeable and also told us about the development of Amsterdam and the culture there. After reading everything about Anne Frank when I was younger, it was really special to see her neighborhood and learn more about her.
Renada was an absolute sweetheart. Gave us an interesting and informative presentation of the Nazi infiltration of Amsterdam in the WW11 era. And historical background of the Frank family. Also helped me find a restroom when I experienced a GI crisis.
Absolutely gutted Couldnt find it Rang and they comfirned meeting point But still couldn't find it We are 6 girl guides travelling across Europe from Warwick to Budapest on a very tight budget. Everythung else we've booked has been fab !
This museum is excellent , very revealing and emotional. The talk before the tour is well worth it. The booking and entry system is simple. We booked three months (the earliest you could pre-book) in advance so can't comment on the 'turn up on the day ' system. I'm not sure you would get in easily by not booking in advance.

outstanding tour to do in addition to the tour of the secret annex. That is not this tour... this takes you where she lived before going into hiding. Our guide Esther was outstanding and it proved to be every bit as moving as the Anne Frank House itselft
