Great tour. Rodrigo was enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent communication prior to the tour too. Got to go at our own pace to fully appreciate the falls.
Our visit to the falls was spectacular, largely thanks to Rodrigo. His service was impeccable; he was extremely attentive and attentive to every detail so that we could enjoy the park to the maximum. In our opinion, the panoramas of the Brazilian side exceed those of the Argentine.
We had a great private tour with Rodrigo today. He was very knowledgeable, flexible with our schedule and made sure we saw everything we want to see. His English was outstanding!! He provided very insightful information of the falls as well as the city. I would highly recommend this for anyone.
We had a wonderful experience with the tour guide. He was professional, respectful, very friendly and patient. The vehicle was also great, with air conditioning and provided us with water at the end. The tour guide really is a nice person to explore and I would recommend it to others.
We had booked the Iguacu waterfalls on the Brazilian side and the bird park. We were picked up at the hotel in Porto Iguacu and brought back. The tour was great. We also saw the Argentine side. We liked the Brazilian side better. The bird park is also worth seeing. Here you can also observe the birds that otherwise hide in the treetops. Rodrigo has an extensive knowledge of flora and fauna, you could also talk about the land and the political situation. Would book the tour again immediately.
Horrible experience would not recommend going with this company, very unprofessional. We paid and confirmed with Viator for a half day tour with them, I directly messaged them to make sure it was possible and confirmed it was. When it came time to be picked up at our hotel at 4pm, we waited for 15 minutes then called to see what the delay was, just to be told that their office was closed at 4pm and no tours were being booked from 12pm. Fine! Annoying but understandable however then why did they not inform us once they knew the tour had been booked and paid for, a simple message earlier would have sufficed! No they waited until we contacted them at 4:15 to tell us that essential we paid for nothing and they didn’t have the decency to tell us beforehand. After all this the worker decided to RUDELY HANG UP on me when I said that a refund was to be expected and not a question. Overall very much not impressed, so proceed at your own risk!
We have given you all the possibilities. You have last minute (less than 04 hours before closing of the national park (in the description it says until max 04 hours before the start of the tour ... the national park closes around 4:00 p.m. In addition, it was a regular excursion with up to 15 other participants (they did not book a private excursion ... the last places were sold before 12:00 p.m. (the limit for reservations ... have you also been able to read this or do you just want to get frustrated with this???). It is a pity that Viator this reservation and the time in which it was carried out (after the limit of max 04 hours before the tour starts ... You booked at 12:40 and the national park closes at 16:00). It is regrettable that people like you, who received the entire value after the cancellation, we regretted the late booking and also offered you this for the next day in private without surcharge, are allowed to put in such a deceptive picture without reason (SEE DESCRIPTION FOR BOOKING AND TOLERANCE TIME UP TO MAX 04 HOURS BEFORE THE START OF THE TOUR ...) without having checked the facts. We as a company will also file a complaint, for a dishonest comment of a frustrated person who wants to damage the reputation of a company!!!
Good afternoon, everyone, The tour was just great. From the Brazilian side you have a unique view of the falls. In addition, the Brazilian side is much calmer and more relaxed. Rodrigo is a super guide who knows very well about the history of Brazil, the history of South America, the political situation and current developments/events. Furthermore, Rodrigo has experienced a lot. He likes to share these experiences with others, which is incredibly exciting and has made the tour very entertaining. To anyone taking a tour in Iguazu, I recommend this tour and Ridrigo as a guide.
We were very lucky to be on the road with Rodrigo – he speaks perfect German (raised in Germany, therefore at native speaker level) and is incredibly familiar with Brazil, its history, politics, culture and nature. He really offers all kinds of tours and is very flexible: even on the same day he spontaneously organized a tour for us. Especially around the Iguazú waterfalls he is an absolute professional – he takes care of everything and makes sure that you can enjoy the tour relaxed and without stress. We highly recommend taking a private tour with him, because you are so much more individually looked after and all wishes are taken into account. The next day we were on the Argentine side of the falls with his business partner Everton. He is also super friendly, speaks fluent English and has also shown us the Itupú Dam. Both guides are very dedicated, fulfill practically every wish and design the tours with a lot of passion. Of course, private tours come with a price – but since all tours are expensive in Iguazú anyway, you get by far the most for your money here.
We added private tour and have Andres. He was awesome! Also added boat ride ro falls and i highly recommend doing that!!
Great private, personalized tour which was a great value for 6 hours. Willian is a superb host with great knowledge of the flora & fauna, history, food and culture of the Falls, the National Park and surrounding communities. He made the pick up from our hotel and the border crossings fast and seamless. Much smoother than trying it as a foreign tourist. He’s a great photographer and knows all the best spots for photo ops along the trails. I would refer him to anyone visiting either Brazil or Argentina!
