Avec votre guide des vins, découvrez la région viticole du sud du Lubéron, en profitant d’un parfait climat méditerranéen. Découvrez le savoir-faire des vignerons et les authentiques vins du Lubéron entre Provence et Vallée du Rhône : rouges de caractère et raffinés et rosés gastronomiques. Découvrez le processus de vinification en visitant les caves et profitez de temps libre pour visiter et déjeuner dans le joli et pittoresque village provençal de Lourmarin, classé comme « l’un des plus beaux villages de France ».

Itinéraire
• Rendez-vous à 09:00 devant notre point de rencontre (situé au centre, près du « Cours Mirabeau ») à Aix-en-Provence pour rencontrer votre guide d’expert en vin anglophone. Votre guide vous conduira dans un minibus propre, confortable et climatisé pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Vous visiterez 2 domaines viticoles dans la matinée, vous profiterez d’environ 1 heure et demie de temps libre pour le déjeuner dans le charmant petit village provençal de Lourmarin, puis vous visiterez un 3e domaine l’après-midi. Goûtez aux rouges de caractère et raffinés, aux rosés gastronomiques ou aromatiques et aux blancs vivants (environ 13 vins différents au total) Vous serez de retour à Aix-en-Provence vers 16:30 au même endroit où nous nous sommes rencontrés au début de l’excursion. Nous choisir différents types de domaines viticoles, afin de vous offrir la possibilité de découvrir les différentes façons de travailler. Nous avons développé des partenariats qui nous permettent de vous emmener dans les coulisses : de la vinification et des salles de vieillissement aux lignes de mise en bouteilles, vous verrez tout ! Votre guide vous dira également tout sur le sol, le climat, les variétés de raisins, le célèbre « terroir », mais aussi la cueillette, l'élagage, la récolte en vert et de nombreux autres sujets dans une atmosphère détendue et instructive.

We had the best time on this wine tour! Pick up and drop off was very easy, and close by to where we were staying. Stephan was an amazing guide and was so knowledgably about wine, and all of the places we visited. I think the price, and hours of the tour were great, and it filled up the day, but still left plenty of time in the afternoon to walk around Aix, and have dinner afterwards. The van was roomy for our group of 3 plus a solo traveler, but could see how a fully booked tour may be a little tight. Each winery we visited was different from the next and offered up something unique. The town we had lunch in was very charming, but wish we had a little longer to walk around, (but that was our fault for having a bit of a longer lunch). There is also a option to ship back wine to the states which we did take advantage of, but warning it can add up quick with shipping, insurance, and fees. But overall this tour was a highlight of out trip and I could not recommended it more!

We enjoyed our wine day with Stefan and a group of 7 people from Massachusetts, Virginia, Canada and New Jersey. We visited 3 Chateaus each one excellent and charming. The wines red, white and rose were all dry and tasty. Stefan educated our group about each of the wines sampled. It was a wonderful day!

Highly recommended for lovers of wine and the Provence country side. Stephen (our driver), the three vineyards and the 16 wines were all excellent.

The perfect way to spend a day. Our guide was fantastic- a knowledgeable, thoughtful, and cool person. We visited 3 fantastic places- views and wine all amazing. The lunch stop was perfect. If we had more time in the area, I would have booked another tour! They also will allow you to pick wines as you go and ship them for you (in multiples of 6), so we look forward to having cases of wine coming our way soon!

We had a fantastic tour with Stephan. He has a huge amount of knowledge about the wines and background to wine making. We learned a lot. We visited three amazing vineyards and tasted 17 delicious wines. We also had the chance to explore and have lunch in beautiful Lourmarin. This was our second tour with him and we will certainly be back again the next time we visit Aix.

Long distance travel planning can be a bit nerve-racking, but Léa helped us from start to finish. Then when we arrived in Aix to meet Loris, everything fell beautifully into place. Loris is a professional with an enthusiasm for wine, food, & the artisan work of wine makers and olive oil makers. He also has a tremendous sense of humor and kindness. He indulged our nonsense, as a group (we’re a bunch of jokers), and let us linger to chat and enjoy the entire experience.
