We booked with trip advisor or Viator. We missed the night because Turkish Airline was extremely late in getting us to Sofia at 10:30. Pm. . We lost all the way around. I was not happy

Tour with excellent guide Hristo! He showed us the city Sofia and historical places with explanation and clarity. Very friendly and always attentive. Highly recommended!!
Excellent excursion with private guide. We toured Roman ruins, historic buildings, hot springs, all with the corresponding explanation. The guide was clear, respectful and accurate. Then we went to a restaurant where we had dinner and saw a very entertaining dance show. It was very interesting. Thank you!!!
This “Sofia Night Scenic Tour with Dinner and Folklore Show” was the worst experience ever booked. A real tourist trap. First of all, no guide present: for hundreds of euros they only give you a PDF, without any real accompaniment. The description on the site is ambiguous and designed to mislead: if you do not understand the mechanism for “choosing the guide”, you find yourself screwed. The restaurant is a classic tourist-catcher: poor food, very low quality, no Service. The “folk show” is nothing more than a cheap staging, far from the promised authenticity. The level of professionalism is zero: rude staff, uncooperative and, most seriously, they left us alone in the evening without even helping us find a taxi. Three women abandoned at night, in a foreign country: simply crazy. Outrageous Price quality ratio, absolutely disproportionate. This tour is deviously structured to draw money and not offer anything advertised. A legalized scam that shouldn't even be sold on Viator. Avoid it at all costs.

Volevi solo risparmiare e dare la colpa a qualcun altro per la tua comprensione. Non è corretto. Ti abbiamo consigliato di passare all'opzione del tour con guida privata, ma non hai mai cambiato il tour né pagato la differenza di prezzo. Hai ricevuto le note complete della guida in italiano da utilizzare per il tour a piedi. Hai consumato il pasto completo di 4 portate nel ristorante più interessante e amato dai turisti di Sofia. Inoltre, qui il programma è il migliore. Sei l'unica persona a lamentarsi, davvero. E siamo rimasti tutti scioccati dalle tue parole, come se fossi in un posto diverso! E ti lamenti e scrivi in quel modo non perché fosse così, ma perché non volevi andare e volevi annullare all'ultimo minuto e ottenere un rimborso, cosa che non è nei termini della piattaforma, come sai perfettamente. Non è stato davvero gentile da parte tua ed è per questo che ti rispondiamo direttamente senza alcun ritardo. Avresti potuto chiamarci direttamente, avresti potuto lamentarti direttamente, ma non l'hai mai fatto. Solo quando te l'abbiamo chiesto, come chiediamo a ogni cliente, l'hai fatto e ora hai dato una dimostrazione perfetta di te stesso con ciò che hai scritto. I was very disappointed in this tour but the guide was great. She was lovely and shared great knowledge and history. The information given was misleading and for the price we paid, this tour seemed exceedingly lacking. First, it was a walking tour, no driver. So, it should be written as such. When we got to the first place on the tour, on the metro, it was closing in a few minutes. We barely saw the inside before they kicked us out because it was closing. All the other places were closed by the time we arrived and we didn’t make it to all mentioned sights on the tour. We had to grab a taxi to make it to the restaurant on time. The restaurant was fine, but the food was not worth the price either. The dancing was fun and neat to see. After the performance it turns into a dance party of modern dance songs. Overall, you see the outside of buildings, so it should not read admission is included as there are no admissions. Essentially it was WAY OVERPRICED and very under delivered.

You did not mention anything to her apart from that you did not enjoy the desserts in your menus. We sincerely value your feedback and want to address your points with complete transparency. We understand your disappointment regarding the walking nature of the tour and the closures. We actually started the tour an hour earlier than initially scheduled, at 6:00 PM, hoping to maximize our time at each location. Our guide opted for public transport to offer flexibility and navigate the city efficiently. We aim to offer an authentic taste of Bulgaria, and the meal provided was indeed traditional Bulgarian cuisine, the kind that might be harder to find in many other places. We really enjoyed it. Ate really well traditional, had wine and water, had all the courses could not eat all. The program was beautiful. Very enjoyable.
Wonderful experience for the whole office and the occassion. We started with a walking tour with a local guide and then we moved on in a traditional Bulgarian restaurant where we saw the show and enjoyed it a lot! Very delicious food!
Was suppose to have a private tour, but tour operator added 2 other traveler at the very last minute (but i paid the rate for private tour). Guide was less than knowledgable about the history, she simply red from her mobile phone (googlewikipedia). Paid for pick-up and return to my place, but when we got to the restaurant the guide just left us there (she had something else to do) and i had to call a taxi to be able to get back home.
Absolutely fantastic local experience! Actually quite a hidden gem! We loved the tour, the food and the folklore. What a nice evening it was!
We wanted to experience the Bulgarian food and culture and we got it avsolutely right. We booked the self-guided trip option as we knew Sofia a bit. The restaurant was wonderful, the food delivious and the show was totally worth. Very delighted what we got! Recommend to everyone who wants to get to know Bulgarian culture, traditions and people.
