Vous serez pris en charge en bus / minibus du point de rendez-vous le plus proche de vos hôtels à Icmeler, Marmaris, région de l'Armutalan entre 07:30-08:30 du matin. Votre point de rendez-vous et l'heure exacte vous seront donnés lorsque vous confirmerez votre visite dans la région. Veuillez faire attention au numéro de véhicule sur la fenêtre du véhicule dans lequel vous montez, car vous devrez monter dans le même bus numéroté à votre retour au port de Marmaris. Il y aura également un panneau ''Service navette Rhodes'' sur le pare-brise des véhicules.
Une fois toutes les procédures d'embarquement terminées et tous les passagers arrivés, le Ferry Boat partira et, toujours selon les conditions météorologiques et la densité du trafic maritime, notre temps d'arrivée à Rhodes Island sera entre 55 et 75 minutes.
Après être arrivé à Rhodes Island, vous verrez immédiatement l'entrée de la vieille ville de Rhodes, si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez passer tout votre temps ici (vous aurez environ 4 heures.) Faites comme la plupart des visiteurs et dirigez-vous tout droit vers la vieille ville de Rhodes, classée au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO, en entrant par l'une des sept portes de ses murs. Ensuite, passez la journée à explorer les rues pavées et les joyaux gothiques, francs et ottomans de ce superbe quartier fondé par les Chevaliers de Saint-Jean au XIVe siècle. Admirez la rue des Chevaliers et visitez le Palais des Grands Maîtres, le musée archéologique et le musée des Arts décoratifs. Plongez dans les ruelles aux allures de labyrinthe pour voir la magnifique architecture médiévale; magasinez de la dentelle et de la céramique rhodiennes, et dégustez des plats grecs dans les tavernes et les cafés. Vous pouvez également vous rendre dans le quartier commerçant moderne de la capitale, paresser sur ses plages ou admirer la vue depuis le port historique de Mandraki, autrefois site du colosse de Rhodes, l'une des sept merveilles du monde antique.
Vous devrez être au port avant 15h00 dans l'après-midi pour vous enregistrer. Après avoir reçu votre nouvelle carte d'embarquement, vous serez à nouveau dirigé vers le contrôle des passeports. Selon la saison, il peut y avoir un long temps d'attente au contrôle des passeports ici aussi.
Après toutes les vérifications sont faites à nouveau, notre Ferry Boat partira pour Marmaris, encore une fois, le temps de trajet peut être entre 55 et 90 minutes.
Après l'arrivée de notre Ferry Boat au port de Marmaris, le contrôle des passeports sera effectué à nouveau. Remarque: Veuillez vous renseigner auprès des autorités sur les limites d'achat que vous ferez dans les magasins hors taxes Rhodes et Marmaris. Nous ne sommes pas responsables des problèmes qui pourraient survenir. Après avoir passé le contrôle des passeports, assurez-vous de monter dans le bon véhicule sur le parking, faites attention au numéro de véhicule que vous êtes arrivé le matin.
Après être montés dans vos véhicules, ils vous déposeront au point de rendez-vous où ils sont venus vous chercher le matin.

- L'heure de début de la visite fait référence à l'heure officielle de départ. L'heure de prise en charge ou de rendez-vous peut être plus tôt selon l'emplacement de l'hôtel et sera confirmée après la réservation.
- Tous les participants doivent fournir leur nom complet, leur numéro de passeport, leur date d'expiration et leur pays de délivrance au moment de la réservation.
- Si la taxe portuaire est sélectionnée comme exclue lors de la réservation, elle doit être payée en espèces au port le jour de la visite. Les cartes de crédit ne sont pas acceptées.

You get exactly what you book. Everything is organized for you, and you don't have to worry about anything. The pickup worked perfectly and was on time. The only downside was the poor flow of information. You need to proactively contact the organizer regarding the pickup (this is stated on the ticket but can easily be overlooked). I am not familiar with this, and it is something that could be improved in terms of service. The organizer cannot be blamed for the other guests who absolutely had to shop at the Duty Free Shop, which delayed the bus departure, but it was frustrating.

Outbound crossing from Marmaris to Rhodes was absolutely awful. Very rough crossing and most passengers were vomiting ! No vomit bags anywhere, so everyone was improvising 🤮 using carrier bags etc. I think the captain was flooring it big time and making it a gut wrenching experience. However, Rhodes was beautiful, had lovely food in Lipsy restaurant in the old bit of the town. We bought some anti sickness medication from the pharmacy on Rhodes( they must be making a roaring trade ) for the trip back to Marmaris and some carrier bags we managed to accumulate .The trip back was in a newer more comfortable catamaran and strangely enough it was a lot slower, more pleasant sailing experience. So… moral of the story is take anti sickness meds with you just in case as it not pleasant puking ya guts up ! 😂
Hello, your comment is completely unrealistic. You know this activity will be on an open-sea ferry. From your comment, I understand that you were affected by a few minutes of heavy waves. Other than that, everything went well. We don't deserve two stars.
Very nice island, I recommend taking the tourist bus to see all the attractions. Stone beach with crystal clear waters.

The Time in Rhodes is rather short. If the catamaran leaves at 9am there are always two passport checks so the visiting time is just from 10.30 till 14:45. Try to spend at least one night in Rhodes to enjoy the time.

So our coach driver was pleasant and punctual that part of the trip was ok so this review is not really a bad reflection on the tour company as they just arrange transfers to the ferry and back. The pick at 7.30am seemed a bit excessively early but it is October so I’m guessing it may be busier during the summer so they accommodate for that. Rhodes was beautiful even though we only had around 4hrs there apposed to the 6 states when booking. Our return journey was an absolute nightmare! We was told by staff to que for check-in even though after a 1 hr wait we was then told we didn’t need to que and go straight to the terminal.we then waited a further hour for passport control And local people seem to think it’s ok to jump the que!not acceptable where I come from.staff were unhelpful and rude in Rhodes. We then waited for our ferry back for about another 25mins and then told We couldn’t get in so had to wait for the Next. Personally Rhodes is worth a visit but not like this.around 8hrs of travelling wiring around and queing for a 4hr day on the island.waste of my time and money

The catamaran trip was longer than expected (1hr 20 at least) and I didn’t realise you have to stay seated inside the whole time. We ended up with around 3.5 hours to look around. It was a nice taste of Rhodes but it’s a shame the queuing at the port and security took so long. It cut our leisure time down quite a bit. It’s a lovely trip to go and see Rhodes and one of the highlights was the nice dog at Marmaris Port.

they abandoned us in a foreign city, without wanting to help us, although the rides were already paid ! Not recomended !
You do not specify where you were dropped off in your comment. However, in the description of this product, it is written that there are transfer collection and drop-off points. In general, transfer vehicles collect and drop off guests from the main roads closest to the hotels where reservations are made.
Very good Journey , quick smooth and very successful day out in Rhodes. I really enjoyed that my transfer was on time and picked up at right location as well dropping us back. Only thing I would say is able to buy coffee and tea from boat would be better as well as having AC on during the journey.

It was a long day , when you spend a lot of time in queues at passport control both ends. There are no shops selling perfume.
Thank you for your comment. However, the long queues at the customs office are due to the high season. Shopping opportunities are limited in the customs areas in the towns, I am sorry about that. Im sure the trip is great however, just because you buy the tour does not mean they actually have ferry tickets. Unfortunately, we learned the hard way and found out at 11 PM that they did not have tickets for us the next day. Make sure you are checking your WhatsApp and email because they will contact you if they don’t have tickets. I wish they would have taken down the tour availability for the day the ferry tickets were not available so that we did not purchase and plan our whole day around the tour. They were hoping we could just go the next day but we could not. Its not fair to the customer. Luckily, we got a full refund.
We immediately sent you a message via Viator.com after your reservation, asking you to send your passport information urgently - NO ANSWER. At 15:30 we sent a message again via WhatsApp - NO ANSWER There is a warning that passport details are absolutely required for this tour, you did not comply with this rule... You should have known that you cannot register for another country without your passport information.... When we were able to contact you at MIDNIGHT, unfortunately it was too late. The ferry company's reservation system cannot make a reservation without your passport information. Getting your money back quickly is not your luck, but a favor to you as a local service provider. The mistake is entirely yours.
