Excellently arranged as described - guide was professional & enthused with the group & tour/ the day was over 100 degrees but we survived
Wonderful experience. Great introduction to Paris for first time - or only one time - travelers. Optional lunch at Eiffel Tower should not be missed. It will be a 'forever memory'. Best of all our fantastic guide, Anna, made sure everything and everyone was taken care of from beginning to end. As an event planner myself with over 31 years of experience, I know that successful planning and execution of such tours can be a daunting task behind the scenes. The best tour operators are excellent at making it appear effortless and Premium Tours is one of those. To anyone who is thinking about booking this tour: Go!
Anna was our tour director. She did an excellent job and I would highly recommend her.
Anna was awesome! We had a short time in Europe so we decided to squeeze in this trip. The tour guide was friendly, funny, and shared a lot of helpful tips and history on Paris. We did a lot of sight seeing. When they say arrive at 6, please arrive at 6 am in the morning train ride, please make sure you arrive at that time. We were slightly late (like 10 minutes) and had to go through security check. The first person we met with helped us understand how the security lines work. The train station let us cut the line to get in but we were panicking. On the train, our tour guide Anna greeted us shortly after the train left the station. The first thing we did was walk to the coach. The coach took us through the city and Anna was sharing history about Paris. We took a boat tour of the city. If you plan on going at this time of the year sunglasses and hats, it gets HOT. Lunch - Going to the Eiffel tower was cool. The lunch was fantastic but honestly, we could have done without it. The lunch took the longest and we did not get to do much walking around Paris. The Eiffel tower was too crowded as well. Skipping lunch would mean, you do not get to go into the Eiffel tower and you cannot see the view from up there. Shopping at the Louvre- It was also overly crowded. We had a little time to walk around but not much, definitely recommend that you get what you want when you see it and go back to the bus. Yes it is cheaper the further you go back that means you have to walk ALL THE WAY back and potentially miss the coach or the train ride back. Another thing, I had to use the restroom and thought my only option was the 1 Euro in the garage. It was not the best. There are toilets upstairs. I think they were free to use BUT the ling was long. On the way back, Anna walked with us through the security line and made sure no one was left behind. We had a good time despite the weather being really hot. Definitely recommend this day trip if you have a short stay in Europe. I have uploaded photos of my lunch. :)

Anna was brilliant. Very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Her instructions were clear and she remembered everyone’s names and details. She really helped support me when my children weren’t feeling well which i sincerely appreciated. Anna really made the tour, very personal experience even within the group. She really made the trip! Thanks Anna, we wish you all the best. We loved the Paris trip and all the info and personal touch you provided. Excellent experience :)
We came all the way from Trinidad and Tobago to visit Paris. Anna was absolutely brilliant and so down to earth. She has vast knowledge and made the experience educational and unforgettable. We all appreciated the historical facts, the unknown stories and her own personal anecdotes. She was clear, concise and precise. Amazing. Don't skip the restaursnt or the boat ride.
Loved the tour so much!! It was a long day so make sure you rest up beforehand. Anna was our tour guide and she was so amazing. Kept us engaged and was so funny too. My favorite part was the Eiffel Tower lunch. The food was delicious and we got sat with other people from the tour. Worth the money!
Whilst it is a long day Anna made it really enjoyable and kept us all on track. She entertained us with facts and stories. It was an amazing day,
Anna was fabulous. She was entertaining, knowledgeable, and communicated very clearly. We always knew what to expect. Great day for us!
