Very informative. Rebecca was a great narrator. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes as it's 90% walking and standing. Take lots of pics.

Tour guide never showed up! We arrived early AND stayed 30 minutes after the start time and NO ONE showed up.
After research on your tour we learned that you did not have a tour scheduled with our company. We always show up for our tours and have since 1994.
My tour was cancelled without time to book another and it was our last night so not very happy with this. Now have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund.
We contracted you as soon as we found out our guide had the flu and we gave you ample time to schedule a replacement tour. All tickets sellers require 3-5 days for a refund and you knew that too.
Unfortunately, no one ever showed up for the tour. We are working on setting up a new date and getting a refund but haven’t been able to confirm that yet.
The guests showed up in the square without a reservation. We rescheduled the tour for them the following night complimentary and they had an awesome time. Not sure why this review was even necessary.
No one showed up for the tour, not even the tour guide. When I finally got a hold of him he said they didn’t realize anyone had signed up.
We didn’t have you on our list for a ghost tour and you knew that. We also issued you a refund and complimentary tickets and you knew that too.
Our guide was very informative about the history of Savannah and paranormal activities. The tour was really enjoyed by everyone in our group!

The guide didn't show up. Cancelled at the last minute as he had the flu. Too bad Savannah Walks didn't let us know sooner. Now, they refuse to give us a refund. Petty and unprofessional.
We let you know the guide had the flu 15 minutes after we found out. We tried to reschedule but you were unable to. But you already knew this. You were also told it takes about a week for a refund to be processed and that it would post before Friday. You already knew that too. We’re not sure what the point of this “review” is.

Your guide did show up for the tour. Your party went to the wrong location. Your guide tried his best to contact you and find you but the phone number you provided was your home phone number. You weren’t home.
Payton was our guide tonight and she was amazing! She was incredibly informative and answered every question we had. It was nice that it was just my husband and I in her tour, it made it more personable. A definite must do if you're into the paranormal plus history! I took a couple picture of the inside of a vacant historical home, when reviewing the photos later on I noticed a girl standing to my left in one photo, she has shoulder length hair and sucken gray eyes. Then in the next picture, she's gone! See for yourself!
We are so glad you enjoyed the tour! Our goal is for each guest to have some sort of an encounter with a ghost. Sounds like you did!!! Our ghost tour has been voted Savannah’s best ghost tour since 1995!
Our tour was cancelled the day of and we were leaving the next day so we missed out on going. We were offered tickets for next time and then said we would be refunded in a few days so we’ll see………I wouldn’t NOT recommend them based on our experience cause I’m sure if we were able to go, it would have been just great.
Thank you for the review but it makes no sense. We were forced to cancel the tour due to strong thunderstorms in the area. We issued you a refund and offered you complimentary tickets to use anytime in the future since you were not able to reschedule the tour during your stay. You would not recommend our tour based on what? The disappointment you had because we had to cancel the tour due to thunderstorms in the area and safety concerns?
