Au lieu de simplement visiter Rainbow Mountain, comme le font la plupart des voyageurs, vous pouvez désormais faire le tour de Red Valley en VTT et atteindre facilement Rainbow Mountain. Vous pouvez désormais explorer toute la vallée rouge et les montagnes arc-en-ciel dans des véhicules tout-terrain de manière simple, sûre et amusante.

Itinéraire
Un nouvel itinéraire d'aventure en VTT consiste à parcourir toute la Vallée Rouge jusqu'au point de vue en VTT. D'où nous verrons la belle vallée rouge dans son expression maximale, jusqu'à atteindre la montagne aux 7 couleurs. Ici, nous aurons une heure pour profiter du paysage coloré et prendre des photos et des vidéos, ainsi que pour parler de la formation géologique des montagnes et des couleurs.

What a great experience and well worth it - the day starts early around 4am with a 4+ hour bus ride to the ATV base broken up with breakfast on the way. Given around 10mins to get used to driving the ATVs then a windy ride up to drop off point with some great scenery on the way - it is then a good 40 min walk through Red Valley to Rainbow Mountain and the walk can be hard due to altitude - Rainbow Mountain is a spectacular sight and we had clear weather - ATV drive back then another 4+ hour bus drive back with a stop for late lunch - day ended with drop off in Cusco centre and total time from pick up to drop off was about 13 hours
Magical landscape, but the journey at altitude takes about 1.5 hours to walk there and 1.5 hours back; it may be complicated for unprepared people. Be careful if you are not used to the altitude; you may risk a headache.
I chose this option as found this to be an easier way to visit the Rainbow Mountain as I was not sure of hiking at that altitude. This was a different route that they took than the one used for hikes, the views were incredible and saw plenty of Alpacas and Llamas. I can totally recommend the tour for anyone wanting to explore the mountains without hiking much.
The tour to Rainbow Mountain and extended to red Valley was an incredible adventure. Riding close to the mountains made the journey easier and more fun, and the landscapes were absolutely stunning. A perfect option for anyone looking for both adventure and breathtaking views in one day.
I chose this tour as I was unsure of hiking at high alttitude and i would highly recommend it. It was just whatt i expected, short walks and cultural immersion. Arturo was the guide and was very friendly and helpful. The tour was well worth the time and money.
Had a perfect day trip from Cusco with Arturo as our guide. They took care of everything from transfers and food. Arturo was a very nice guide and was very patient. The whole experience was perfect.
Highly recommend this, quite an easier option of visiting the Red Valley. Never felt a bit of a rush and our guide Arturo was incredibly nice and helpful. The lunch at the local restaurant was quite a treat.
