Very nice organization, one without fault. Everything is planned and the steps are superb. Luggage follows without problem and many tours are suggested. GPS tracking works and frees us from maps. At each destination we were welcomed. We highly recommend!
I went on this tour with my partner; cycling through the Salento, villages and coastline was amazing, beautiful views, we had a swim at a beautiful beach, meet very kind and friendly people. I truly recommend it!
Unforgettable paths between history and nature. Thanks to Carlo for involving young and old! Top finish in the Retro tavern. Sara
A great week cycling around the southern part of Puglia, really quiet roads, wonderful coastline but most memorable are very incredible olive groves and other inland scenery . Really good, very well organised, friendly staff.
To escape the crowds of August we chose an alternative activity, we went with the whole family consisting of our two teens and the little girl of 7 and a half years to discover the villages and the countryside around Leuca. And we were enchanted! We crossed almost deserted villages where time seemed to have stopped, they looked like film sets. We passed in the middle of beautiful countryside between olive trees and trulli and hidden farms, we stopped in a beautiful church at Piccola Leuca, discovering incredibly preserved and underground frescoes where the Pilgrims rested and the grand finale was the tasting of typical appetizers in a house museum restaurant also beautiful. Truly a rich and unique experience! The guides who accompanied us are extremely prepared, organized and really welcoming! We will definitely come back to try new experiences with them! We recommend it to everyone!
Afternoon in Salento between dry stone walls kissed by the setting sun and the scents of the coming summer; glimpses of history and legends narrated by Carlo, excellent guide. I am Salento, but I had never looked at my land from this perspective. And finally the local flavors offered in a charming and cool courtyard. Easy and flat route. What more can you expect?
Very interesting tour in which you discover corners of Salento outside the usual tourist circuits. Excellent organization, efficient and helpful. Carlo, our friendly guide, guided us through monuments and country paths telling us many curiosities and anecdotes. Prodigal advice also for the continuation of our stay in Salento. Highly recommended
This is the best way you can spend a day in Salento--in the company of locals who love their territorio, pedaling through fields of olive trees and poppies between one tiny town and the next, stopping here and there to learn a bit of local histories, and finally jumping into the sea at the southern most tip of the peninsula for a picnic on the beach! I can't recommend Salento Bici Tour enough--for the care they put into their itineraries, for the characters and stories you'll remember for a long time, and for the pure pleasure of exploring this magical corner of the world on a bike.
The real Salento seen with the right times; the bike makes you do special roads not trafficked in all safety
We spent a full day bicycling with Carlos. It was a relaxing enjoyable day touring around Salento . Carlos is knowledgeable and we learned a lot about the life in the area through authentic small villages and the food. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to take a cooking class with Carlo's mom ( a reason to come back). We had a wonderful day.
