If you want to feel adrenaline in a 100% safe way, Extreme Park is the ideal place. I did canopy, bungee, and the Tarzan swing; these are some of the best experiences I have had in my life. The guides were very kind and patient, always making me feel very safe.
We took our 6 year old and it was such a great time! I was worried because I thought she would go by herself, but they put her with my husband or with myself every time. She LOVED IT! The instructors are kind, funny and truly love their job. I also strongly recommend doing the earlier tour time, specially during rain season.
Really a super cool experience! Despite the fact that we spent a lot of time in the rain. It runs well and we did the superman and the tarzan swing too. The adrenaline is running through your body! Definitely recommended!!

Fantastic experience! If you are looking for an adrenaline rush, THIS is IT! My teens loved the Tarzan Swing option! Long zip-lines over the trees! You get your workout in, going to the next one! It’s worth it!
Was really super fun. Very nice and helpful staff. Constantly felt safe. Had about 10 different zip line jobs.
Overall we had a good experience on the ziplines. Especially the longer ones with stunning views. Tandem was fun. Information was non-existant. We weren't told how many ziplines they had, or that the Tarzan swing was i included. Staff could barely say "jump" and "you okay?". They could not explain what the Tarzan swing was apart from "is Tarzan swing. 50 meters. Free Fall". Still did it and had a great time We had a look at the carabiners which were around 12-14 years old, and appearantly (according to another guest) they're supposed to be switched out every 3 years. So yeah - awful staff and not very safe, but quite fun. Wouldn't book again for fear of dying though
This adventure was a big highlight of our trip to Costa Rica. The crew was friendly and caring. I was glad they offered both a Spanish speaking and an English speaking group. As the 63-year-old in the group, I'm sure the climbing was more challenging than for the others who looked to be in their 20s. But 60-year-olds can do this if you're conditioned! I felt safe and well cared for, even as I watched my 21-year-old bungee jump! A special shout out to Dago for going the extra mile to keep me safe!
LOVED everything about this experience! Very fun, stunning views on the forest, and some of the ziplines were literally through a cloud. I'm not an adrenaline junkie and the superman and the tarzan swing looked really scary to do, but they were actually really fun! Definitely wear long trousers, as for the top it can get chilly while you wait but there also some steep paths to walk which can make you sweat a lot. The crew was always very attentive.
The energy on this zipline was amazing. The young men and women who worked were professional and safe. Be prepared for a good bit of walking from one line to another. The only thing you can take is a fanny pack. put a bottle of water in it.
