Excursion en scooter hors route de Table Mountain
Description
Sautez sur un circuit Monster Mountain Scooter et en roue libre dans la ville en dessous ! C'est une façon unique de découvrir Table Mountain de Cape Town et ses vues à couper le souffle d'une manière amusante et active. Cette piste de 5 km vous emmènera sur une aventureuse piste hors route sur le côté de Signal Hill jusqu'à Bo Kaap. L'expérience se poursuit alors que vous êtes transporté à Table Mountain pour votre dernière descente sur une seule piste de cette marque de terre mondialement connue.

Profitez d'une vue époustouflante sur le Cap sous différents angles pendant que vous roulez en roue libre sur un scooter Monster. Toutes les visites partent du parking inférieur de la montagne de la Table, également appelé le parking Kloofnek. Les visites partent à 9h, 12h et 15h.
Après une brève introduction, vous monterez dans le bus et partirez pour votre première descente à Signal Hill. À votre arrivée à Signal Hill, vous recevrez un briefing de sécurité et des instructions sur la façon de faire fonctionner leurs scooters. Vous recevrez également des casques et des gants de sécurité. Lors de la première descente sur Signal Hill, vous dévalerez librement une piste de jeep dans Bo-Kaap et profiterez de belles scènes du front de mer V & A et de la magnifique ville de Cape Town. À votre arrivée à Bo-Kaap, vous retournerez dans le bus qui vous attendra à Bo-Kaap.
Vous serez ensuite transporté à la Montagne de la Table pour la deuxième descente sur les pentes les plus basses de la Montagne de la Table. Sur cette piste, vous pourrez profiter d'une vue magnifique sur la ville mère sous un angle différent. Vous naviguerez sur une piste de Jeep et sur une piste unique en descendant la montagne. À votre arrivée au bas de la Montagne de la Table, le bus viendra vous chercher et vous ramènera au point de départ situé dans le parking Kloofnek de la Montagne de la Table.

This is a brilliant tour and a ‘must do’ for any Cape Town trip. Excellent organisation and wonderful guide. We were so impressed by how friendly the staff were and how they balanced fun and safety for all participants. Highly recommended!
Jason and Shaun took us on our Scootours adventure and they were amazing! We had a great time and they took time to tell us interesting local facts along the way ! Highly reccomend! !
G and Sean were great hosts explaining all aspects of the routes to be taken and the instructions to all the family including our 11yr old daughter. Even though Table mountain is having numerous shutdowns at this time of year and also major works to the access roads, Sean and G had off road access routes up the mountain with great views. These routes added to the overall experience. A great few hours were had exploring and having loads of fun on table mountain and signal hill.
Scootering itself was good fun. Not so good was parting with R250 for the photos taken by the guide/driver and then never receiving them - no response to my emails asking for photos either. Be wary of this.

These self propelled scooter rides are really great. Going down Signal Hill into the town and then back up to Table Mountain and meeting in town again was a nice change.
Really well organised. A great experience. My younger kids are 9 and 12 - & to be honest, were a bit scared! But the tour guide was amazing and patient with them. Amazing scenery and a wonderful experience. We did x2 different tracks. So pleased we found this tour.
Group of six of us aged 6-60 went on this brilliant activity down the mountain. Children under 9 or under 1.35m had to go on a scooter with an adult which is fine. The track is bumpy and steep in places but the scooters have excellent brakes and you quickly learn to adjust your posture to your speed, to slow down or go faster. Wonderful scenery and views as you scoot down the mountains (Signal Hill and Table Mountain) and friendly helpful guides. Fantastic fun had by all, definitely recommended!
I was honestly a bit nervous about getting on a scooter and riding down a mountain so I came onto TripAdvisor beforehand to read the reviews. I must say that the reviews do not do this experience justice. My boys absolutely enjoyed the thrill of riding their scooters downhill and the views were absolutely breathtaking!!! We have an amazing city and wow what a way to see it!
My 20-year-old daughter and I had a great time on the Scootour. It's a good way to see the area around Table Mountain while having fun. The scooters go fast in some sections but the big tires make them easy to ride and stable. We never felt like we were going to hurt ourselves. We got two rides in different areas of the mountain. Our tour guides, Bradley and Gilbert, arrived on time and were very friendly.
Great guides. Good adventure experience. Quite technical. Not for the faint hearted. Beautiful views.
