We were disappointed as the driver only took us to one location and we sat there for a few hours. There was a small line in the sky for a few minutes and that counted as seeing the northern lights and we could not reschedule.
The knowledgeable guide took us to an excellent location ~30 mins from the city. From here we saw an outstanding Northern Lights display. The photographs of the experience were top notch. Although very cold the driver provided hot chocolate, spiced with rum, which more then compensated for the temperature. Overall it near perfect excursion and well worth the money.
We had a really good experience. Pick up was fast and the bus was comfortable even though it was packed. Our driver said we were having 3-4 grade lights that day. He was very knowledgeable and loved taking our pictures. We can’t wait to see the final pics!
Our family went on a 4 by 4 Northern Lights tour with photographer and it was tremendous and! Our guide Sultan is very passionate about providing his clients with the upmost experience! He was determined to show us the Northern Lights and he succeeded - it was breathtaking! And the photos that Sultan took came out great - they captured the beauty of the lights as well as the fun that we all had! I could not recommend more!
The experience was amazing. We went with our guide Sultan who took us hunting for auroras and gave his best to find them and take the best pictures. Importantly, Sultan was very passionate about his work, which is passed on and enjoyed. We were able to learn from this phenomenon thanks to everything he told us and explained.
Exciting and beautiful!! The initially shy aurora showed itself in all its glory. An extraordinary spectacle of the beautiful northern lights! We had to be patient and arm ourselves with warm clothes, but the crew provided hot cocoa and something sweet for a snack. Great stories and a beautiful spectacle. I recommend it!
We were unfortunate to not see the lights on the first night which is out of the control of tour operator, but we booked this tour as it offered an included second opportunity should this happen. However, the company were uncontactable by phone, email or their online chat the following day. They did respond a few days later to offer a repeat tour as promised, but we had already left the country by this time.
Very expensive and bad tour, they take you in a incredible super jeep to see the nother lights, they only drove for 45 minutes to a place where you can stll see the city lights and did not want to drove to another dark place so it was impossible to see nothing. The nxXt day I took another cheaper tour and they drove like 1.45 hours to a very dark place were was possible to see the Nother lights.

Booked tour with 4x4 Jeep for Northern Lights excursion the following day when a strong magnetic storm was in place. Three hours before departure they send an email canceling the tour. The reason? The weather conditions were not favorable, when all the weather gave forecasts of completely clear skies and in fact it was... fortunately, having the car, we went alone as they would have made us lose the sight of a super dawn lasting 9 hours and visible to the naked eye. Final judgment: we felt fooled, and their professionalism is zero. It would have been more professional if instead of an email with the risk of not being read, they had made a call. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
