Wow ! What an experience. We booked our tour through the Park Hyatt and were very pleased. Our guide Hi and driver picked us up at the hotel and took us on quite the adventure. First we stopped for some wonderful food at a hidden gem. Hi explained all the food to us, even the types of green we had never heard of. I can’t really say what we ate, but Hi ordered delicious food for us to try. Then it was on to see a most interesting street full of nightlife fun. We then stopped at an outdoor food and flower area. Again, more food than I have ever seen. Hi offered us more to eat, but we were already full from the sit down dinner we had. We did have coconut ice cream that the man shave from fresh coconut. It was refreshing and delicious. The flower section was amazing. Such beautiful flowers of every color and type. Then on to the Skybar high above the city for a wonderful drink, spectacular views and live music. Hi was great, he really wanted us to have a great time and he succeeded. We had a unique and great time. Something you can’t do during the day if you want to really see the city come alive at night. The lights, constant sound of motorbikes, and more. Being in a jeep is the best. I took videos of the motorbikes, there are millions in HCMC so I could show friends and family. We are seniors and really enjoyed it. There is a lot of getting in and out of the jeep, so yes wear comfortable clothing and shoes and a crossbody purse would be helpful. Hard to hold on to things when you are navigating the jeep.
If you are visiting Ho Chi Minh City, you have to book the "Saigon by Night" Jeep tour and ask for Mimi! From the second we hopped into the Jeep, we knew it was going to be a highlight of our trip. Mimi is, hands down, the BEST guide we’ve ever had. She is incredibly accommodating and has a great sense of humor that kept us laughing all night. Speaking of eating... the street food was NGON! (Seriously delicious). She took us to the best local spots that we never would have found on our own. Kudos to the drivers as well for navigating the busy streets of Vietnam
Gina from Asia Pioneer Travel booked the Saigon Foodie & City Tour by Night for 4 as part of our tour package. This was absolutely one of the most fun experiences of our 18 day tour of Vietnam and Cambodia - 4 hours of pure fun, laughter, delicious food and topped off with a drink at a Rooftop bar with stunning views of Saigon. Picked up and dropped off at our central city hotel Super friendly and knowledgeable tour Guide and Driver Highly recommend this tour!
We had an excellent guide called ‘Hi’ who showed us around the city and took us to a traditional restaurant and ordered all the food for us which was amazing! We walked through street food and night life areas and city sights followed by a rooftop cocktail with wonderful city views highlighted by fireworks! The authentic jeeps made the experience super special. We can highly recommend,
The tour was awesome. What a great way to see the city. Guide was really informative and made sure we had the best experience possible.

If you're going to experience Saigon in only a few days like we have then this is the tour for you. A smorgasbord of food, fun, history and all that Vietnam has to offer in just a few hours ! Enjoy all the cultural experiences, without limits provided by a local guide who offers so much more. You won't be disappointed
We did this tour on our last night of our holiday and it was perfect! We had my nephews with us (10 and 8) and they thought it was the best thing ever! The drivers were great and Hai, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and fun. He had great English and looked after us so well. The street food was delicious and the stalls were clean and very safe to eat from. Driving around in the jeeps is def the best way to see the city at night! Thank you so much for such a great experience!
