Notre équipe vous Guide volontiers vers les cascades cachées au fin fond des gorges, où l'eau fraîche et les falaises imposantes créent une atmosphère impressionnante. Prochaine étape, la plage de la forêt de palmiers de Preveli, un paradis exotique où la rivière Megalos Potamos coule à travers la palmeraie dans la mer. Ici, vous pouvez passer votre temps libre avec une baignade dans les eaux cristallines de la côte sud, flâner le long de la rive de la rivière à l'ombre des palmiers à Preveli, ou simplement vous détendre avec un verre sur la plage. Notre voyage se poursuit jusqu'au charmant village de Spili. Notre voyage commence par les impressionnantes gorges de Kourtaliotiko, l’une des merveilles naturelles les plus saisissantes de Crète. Une courte promenade vous mènera aux cascades cachées au plus profond des gorges, où les eaux fraîches et les falaises imposantes créent une atmosphère impressionnante. En chemin, vous visiterez la petite chapelle d’Agios Nikolaos, perchée sur les rochers, un endroit paisible où nature et histoire se rencontrent.
Prochaine étape, Preveli Palm Forest Beach, un paradis exotique où la rivière Megalos Potamos coule à travers la palmeraie et se jette dans la mer. Passez votre temps libre à vous baigner dans des eaux cristallines, à flâner le long des berges à l'ombre des palmiers, ou simplement à vous détendre sur la plage de sable. Pour ceux qui le souhaitent, un petit pique-nique avec des collations locales peut être organisé, ajoutant une touche savoureuse à votre temps de plage.
Nous traversons les villages pour profiter de la vue panoramique sur la mer bleue de Crète du Sud.
Dernier arrêt, le charmant village de Spili, où vous pourrez déguster un café traditionnel crétois sur un café local et admirer des produits locaux authentiques tels que des biscottes, du miel et des herbes de montagne. Our tour guide Demitri was fantastic, very safe, responsible, and knowledgeable. It should also be known that this excursion requires a considerable amount of hiking with elevation change.
We had such a great time. Our host was very friendly and knowledgeable about the places that we went.
The trip was very good organized. Also the guide was very friendly. Even though the car broke down at the end we very much enjoyed the whole trip.
We went to kourtaliotiko gorge, preveli beach and spili village in a small group of 6 with Nikos and had the best time! Swimming in the gorge is once in a lifetime experience that you should definitely do in Crete. Also got to learn things from Nikos about local greek culture that you wouldn't get from anyone else. Would highly recommend this
We knew we wanted to go to Kourtaliotiko Gorge, but this tour was absolutely amazing. We started our tour with Dimitri, who is one of the most amazing guides we've ever met, picking us up from the location we were staying at. He immediately introduced himself and started telling us what to expect from this tour. We felt absolutely safe with him and his amazing driving. We started with a beautiful and scenic route to Kourtaliotiko Gorge, where we hiked for about 15 min or so. Not hard at all. When we got to the Gorge, it was one of the most breathtaking scenes we have ever seen. We do recommend water shoes, though, as the rocks are very sharp. We are glad we went there first, because we were able to enjoy it with only a few people around us. By the time we finished, there were so many people that we would not have been able to take a picture or enjoy it as much as we did. The water is not cold, it's freezing, but the Gorge was just mesmerizing, and not swimming was not an option. Dimitri was with us every step of the way and made sure we were safe. We then headed to Preveli beach, which was another amazing sight we just couldn't get enough of. Dimitri was very knowledgeable and gave us information about the area, the people, the animals, and what to look out for. By the time we got to the beach, Dimitri gave us two delicious and healthy snacks that included a granola bar and a banana, plus a bottle of water. We were so thankful for it. We spent approximately 1.5 hours at the beach, where the water was still cold, but not as cold as the Gorge. We enjoyed every minute of this tour. We never felt rushed, and Dimitri was always waiting for us by the time we got back from our free time around the beach. Our third destination was Spili village, for which we took the panoramic pathway. Dimitri took us all around the mountain, and we had some exceptional views. When we got to Spili village at the FabriC cafe, our lunch was delicious, and we even ordered a delicious chocolate cake. We cannot recommend it enough. The service was great, the water from the mountain that was served to us was unbelievable, and our way back continued to be amazing as Dimitri told us about the villages, mountains, and other information about the area. Overall, we had a superb time and could not have asked for a better tour guide. Dimitri made all the difference, and we can't wait to bring the rest of our family here. Thank you, Colonel Dimitri, for your professionalism and amazing customer service. We will absolutely be requesting Dimitri again. 100% recommended!!
Amazing experience! The waterfall is breath taking, from both the views and the cold water. The beach time was great to explore caves and swim in the sea, and the town we visited to wrap things up was wonderful with great food! Our guide, Nick, was informative, kind, helpful, and all around good guy!
