DO NOT PLACE ORDERS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM. I placed an order for 7 adults and they never showed up, never answered the calls or messages on both numbers provided by both cell line and WhatsApp. They ruined the only evening we had to see the sites. You have many others options for this tour type… do not make the same mistake I did in ordering through them.
Too much time NOT seeing sites. A lot of time wasted

Bus was not a meeting point, we tried to contact tour operators, no valid phone number, terrible customer service.
Dear Isabelle, Thank you for your comment. We sincerely regret that you were unable to enjoy the experience. We invite you to contact our customer service team at booking@pariscityvision.com, providing the booking name and the tour date so that we can review what happened. Kind regards, Paris City Vision
This is basically a bus ride around the city picking up and dropping off people. You DO NOT go to popular sites such as the Champ Elycessa , Louve etc. You see the Eiffel Tower only. A total rip off
Dear Diane, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations. This tour is designed as a panoramic evening bus tour focused on Paris illuminated at night, with a highlight on the Eiffel Tower, rather than a detailed sightseeing stop at each monument. We regret if this was not clear at the time of booking. We take your comments seriously and encourage you to contact us directly so we can review your concerns in detail and assist you further. Kind Regards,
If I could give zero stars, I would. Booked the “nighttime panoramic sightseeing tour of Paris.” What we got was a regular bus with fogged-up windows, no air-conditioning, and a bright blue light inside that turned every window into a mirror. Perfect if you wanted to stare at your own reflection — utterly useless if you actually wanted to see Paris. There was zero guidance on any of the hotspots. Nothing. The only “information” we got was a ten-minute lecture about what to do at the Moulin Rouge, where to walk, where to stand… which would’ve been great if I’d booked a Moulin Rouge prep class and not a sightseeing tour. At some point I genuinely wondered if my English had failed me and I’d completely misread the advertisement. But no — the tour was exactly as described on paper, except for the tiny detail that they didn’t deliver any of it. It was just a bad tour, plain and simple. Sightseeing? Forget it. The bus didn’t bother going to the advertised spots, and we were told to explore them ourselves through an app. Honestly, even the M2 metro ride from Moulin Rouge gives you better sightseeing — and that costs almost nothing. Completely misleading and absolutely not worth the money. Save yourself the disappointment and pick literally any other tour.
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are truly sorry to read about your disappointment and the conditions you experienced during the tour. This is clearly not the experience we aim to provide, and we understand your frustration regarding visibility, comfort, and the lack of guided commentary and sightseeing delivery as you expected. Your comments regarding the bus conditions, the guidance provided, and the reliance on an app instead of live explanations are taken very seriously. We regret that the tour did not meet the standards described and that it failed to deliver an enjoyable panoramic experience of Paris. Kind Regards,
Incomplete! The bus crashed into a van and we did not finish tour. How to figure out how to get home and we missed the rest of the sights
Dear Marlene, We are deeply sorry to hear about the accident and the disruption to your tour. Your safety is our top priority, and we regret the distress and inconvenience this incident caused. We understand how disappointing it must have been to miss the rest of the sights and the challenge of arranging your return home afterward. If you haven’t already, please contact us at booking@pariscityvision.com so we can assist you further and address any concerns related to this experience. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother experience in the future. Best regards,
Billed as “see the lights of Paris” and bus tour started at 7 pm and then access to Eiffel Tower summit. No lights, but ok nice drive around at some of the big tourist places. Bus tour ends at 8. Then we are told we have to wait until 9:45 to go to tower and we still have wait time at tower too, plus wait to go to summit as well. With an early morning train to catch, by the time this ends plus a hike back to hotel - I will not have time to sleep. If I had known the Eiffel Tower was so late, I wouldn’t have booked the extra package. I could have five this earlier today by myself. Be warned
Dear Mary, Thank you for sharing your experience. We're sorry to hear that the timing of the tour didn’t meet your expectations, especially with your early morning travel plans. The “Lights of Paris” tour is intended to showcase the city’s evening charm, and while the bus portion provides a comfortable overview of major landmarks, we understand that the long wait for Eiffel Tower access can be frustrating. Your feedback is valuable, and we’ll review how we communicate timing details to help guests make more informed decisions. We hope you still enjoyed parts of your evening in Paris. Best regards,
Lights tour was a bust as the sun never went down and we did not see any. We bought Eiffel tower tour as an add on but our guide had no idea and called in. We were told to return to starting point at 9:30pm and meet another tour group. The tower was awesome but left us wondering what would have happened if we had not spoken up .
Hello Jeffrey, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're happy to hear that you enjoyed the Eiffel Tower visit, but we're truly sorry for the confusion regarding the add-on and your disappointment with the lights tour. You’re absolutely right, at this time of year, the days are very long, and sunset occurs much later in the evening, which can affect the visibility of the city lights during earlier parts of the tour. We understand this may have been frustrating, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back under better circumstances. Best regards,
There was no tour. The leader was rude, told us an app to download at the meeting destination and then no further details to connect to an audio guide. Bus driver was late, bus was old. Spent an hour in traffic heading to the Moulin Rouge, which was the tour guides next job. Guide did not return us to meeting point as on ticket.
I would definitely not recommend this tour. The bus was old and dirty and wooden seats were very uncomfortable. It was a rainy night and the plastic roof was leaking in the front of the bus. This also is not a real tour - more like a ride through the city. You have to download an app and listen on your own to the description. . The guide merely calls out the locations. But the app did not work for about half the locations.
