Excursion en bus à deux étages - 16 arrêts et Stanley Park

We took the Big Bus on our first day in Vancouver and rode the entire route just to see the sights in Vancouver. The bus driver didn’t make it clear which stop we were approaching. The next day we rode the bus to Stanley Park & stayed at the park for several hours. Then caught another bus to get back closer to our hotel. The driver on this bus did explain where we were & which stop on their route was approaching.

Excellent way to see and stop at key spots in Vancouver. Able to tour the whole loop of hen hop off the following day to tour what we wanted.

Timely and great service. The drivers were very good and professional. There was always a. U.S. within 30 Mins as promised

Excellent experience. Good value. We bought the 24 hour pass. Rode the complete circuit once without getting off. Then on the second time around, we got on and off several times, based on what we saw during the first trip. On our final hop-on for the day, we missed a bus by about 5 minutes. After only waiting a few minutes at the bus stop, a hop-on/hop-off rep saw use waiting and came over and said the next bus would be in about 30 minutes, and suggested we might want to browse the stores in the area while we waited. After less than 10 minutes of browsing, lo and behold the rep sought us out in the store to advise a fill-in bus had been order and would be arriving in a few minutes. He saw we were elderly and tended to move slowly, so he said he would rush to the bus stop and have them wait for us, which he did, and they did. Wonderful, completely unexpected high level of above and beyond customer service!!! NOTE: For us, Stop 10 at the Granville Island Bus Loop offered the perfect starting point. Plenty of inexpensive parking in a large parking structure right across the street from where the bus stops in a little corner shopping mall. No need to reserve parking space in advance. Lots of spaces, and auto pay with credit card upon arrival. No attendant on duty. NOTE 2: For the last half of the first trip, we had the opportunity to move to the front row of seats on the upper deck. Without a doubt, the best seats in the house!!

It really covers all the must see areas. It was fun and informative. The drivers were nice and helpful

Excellent product, got to see a lot of Vancouver with great narratives. Being able to get off and explore each area by foot and then re-board was fantastic.

Sherry (like the Spanish wine), our tour guide was amazing from the second we got on the bus, she was very knowledgable and made the tour entertaining, when we got off at a stop we really hoped we’d get her again, but we got a man who played the pre recorded audio which wasn’t the best! The next time we got on we got Sherry again and it made our day! Sherry is a real people person and great at her job, she is a credit to the city of Vancouver who taught us loads about the history which we wouldn’t have found out otherwise. Thanks again!!

This was great! We especially enjoyed time walking through Stanley Park and Granville Island - would recommend it!

We booked this in hopes of seeing the city and hoped to hop on and off multiple times, but only did so one time (at Granville market). When we got on at the cruise terminal, the bus was already very full and us/our kids were unable to sit together. When we got back on at Granville, the same situation happened. The buses are very full - perhaps they need to have more on the road. Also, the pre-recorded audio was playing very loudly upstairs (almost to the point where we wanted ear plugs). There was A LOT of traffic the day we use our pass (a Friday), so it almost felt like we were paying to sit in traffic. For the price and experience, I would not do this "tour" again.

Sherry was our bus driver and did an amazing job! So much better than yesterdays bus that had a recording.
