Meeting point very easy to find. Guides informative and fun. Boat small enough to fit into all the caves. Great value trip. Highly recommend
If I have had an option to give negative stars , I would give them 10 negative starts. Don't use them, there is a lot of other operators that are a bit more understanding and will help you out. I basically booked the trip on the day off, not realising Lagos is 50 minutes away from us , I thought this trip was from Albufeira like all other trips I seen. Yes silly of me but honest mistake. Realised my mistake and quickly phoned them to change time slot or day. They did not budge , would not listen nor would the help out on anyway. So basically we lost £75 . Then they have the audacity to contact me ask how my boat trip was?!?!?

We must clarify that the departure time is clearly stated at the time of booking, and all guests are required to arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure. Unfortunately, in this case, the scheduled check-in and departure time were missed. While we understand that mistakes can happen when planning a journey, the error was not on our side. Our boat operates according to a fixed schedule and cannot delay departure for passengers who do not arrive at the agreed time. We therefore feel that describing our customer service as “appalling” does not fairly reflect what occurred.
Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Knowledgeable, interesting, and funny guide and fantastic driver who could expertly give the best views of the caves. We are travelling in the Algarve with kids (3&5) and would have struggled to access some of the more beautiful beaches because of long staircases so this was the perfect way to see the sights. Felt really magical and fun and safe - as well as being brilliant value for money. Highly recommend.

This was a fantastic experience! The boat tour offered breathtaking views of the coastline and plenty of amazing spots for taking beautiful photos and videos. One of the highlights was cruising THROUGH the impressive rock formations and sea arches along the coast it was such a unique experience to see them from the water. Everything was well organized, and we really enjoyed every moment of the tour. Highly recommended

Everything was very nice and the guides Joao and the Argentine guy whose name I don't remember were friendly, it's a pity they asked for a tip and we had already left everything in the car, and when we got off the boat they came after us criticizing us for not having left them a tip, something that I believe is voluntary, ugly detail Joao.

This was such a great tour. Our guide was super knowledgeable and it was a slower paced tour which I loved. We saw a ton of caves. All gorgeous!

Wonderful tour guides. HOWEVER, the company needs to get a grip. I was at the correct location by 1:45 for a 2pm trip. I call and receive no response and ask several people and at 2:10 I finally hear a phone call. They said are you at the right place- I said yes. And he said what’s your name and told me they must have already called me and left. I said that’s impossible and he said oh they rescheduled you because you said it was ok. I said I have no record of that. He said they definitely WhatsApp you I have nothing to tell you. I’m sorry what!!! I wish they would have been communicative seeing all the tours go by.

We were with Capitan Hugo. He was amazing and gave lively commentaries during the around 75 minute trip. The were a group of 2 as a part of the total of 10 in the boat in 4-4-2 configuration. I would say everyone has a fair opportunity to enjoy the view. It was an enjoyable experience, value for money and is recommended.
