Lagos Grotto Trips vous emmène découvrir les grottes de Benagil, situées entre Praia do Carvoeiro et Armação de Pêra, qui figurent dans le top 10 des grottes les plus célèbres d'Europe ! Nous quittons la marina de Lagos et passons par Alvor, Portimão et Carvoeiro, tout en admirant la vue sur les magnifiques plages et le littoral de l'Algarve. Nous visiterons d'abord les grottes de Carvoeiro, puis les grottes les plus célèbres au monde : l'Algar de Benagil. Ces grottes sont vraiment magnifiques, avec leurs eaux cristallines et leurs formations rocheuses d'une beauté incomparable : une expérience qui vous laissera des souvenirs inoubliables ! Notre excursion se déroule à bord d'un bateau pneumatique rigide (RIB) flambant neuf de 18 places, équipé de banquettes rembourrées qui vous garantissent un véritable confort tout au long du trajet. Toutes nos visites sont animées par des guides expérimentés qui offrent un service très personnalisé, car chacun de nos clients compte beaucoup pour nous et pour notre entreprise.

The trip was so much fun! The guide was so experienced and interactive! He made it so interesting. The caves were so incredible and the view was amazing! My family really enjoyed it and the speed of the boat made it even more special! It’s was like everything I imagined!
We took the 9am tour with Hugo and Ines. This was perfect before it got extremely hot and the crowds were up. We were able to go to Begali cave and we were the only boat there with maybe 5 kayakers. Hugo and Ines were very informative on all the rock formations and gave us great tips on the best beaches and some great spots both in both Lagos and the rest of the Algarve!! 10/10 would recommend this!
This cave tour is one I would highly recommend! Our tour guide, Nounou, was amazing and did a great job of making the boat tour a fun and enjoyable one for the group. For the price paid, this excursion was well worth it. The group went above and beyond showing us all the caves, and since the boat was relatively smaller, we were able to go into most caves and get great pictures. We went with a small group of roughly 10 people, and the tour lasted roughly 2 hours. I would definitely recommend!

This trip is over-hyped, especially on larger boats where you cannot get into the caves. Once you get to the main cave you have a long wait due to the dozens of other boats and the latest safety rules do not allow anyone to get off, so you barely get 2mins in the cave. Skip this and book a small boat to the Ponta da Piedade caves which was much better!!

Access to Benagil Cave is strictly regulated and subject to maritime rules, sea conditions and traffic at the cave. These restrictions apply to all operators and are outside our control. Safety and legal compliance will always come before entering any cave.
I’m hoping our experience wasn’t typical because we left a half hour late and came back 15 minutes early. It was slow to start and fast on the open ocean to make up time. Just seemed rushed but the scenery was marvelous.

The grottos were beautiful. In hindsight, I would not sit in the front seat. Returning to Lagos was very bumpy.

100% recommended experience, you visit many beautiful coves and beaches, such as those in Benagil or Carvoeiro. The instructors Gabriel and Luis are super nice and explain the curiosities in different languages.
