Super cozy trip, the water was fresh, the guides were super fine to inform about various things we saw on the trip, It was however a little difficult to understand with the times, in relation to lunch, but otherwise super

Bus was more then an hour late at our hotel. Weird communication in bad English. The boottour is fine, beautiful side seeing but there are only 2 little waterfalls. Food was fine for the price you pay. I recommend Green Canyon but with another tour operator.

Absolutely stunning scenery and the water is as green as it looks in photographs. Food is good for what it costs. Well worth a visit.

Beautiful experience - it lasted around 5 hours. You can swim in the lake or fish, the food in the restaurant was tasty and the nature was unreal. 10/10

The canyon was very beautiful & relaxing. The information given was very poor. Rather felt like rounded up cattle and shipped from A-B

The view was beautiful. The boat was very busy. It's very mass touristy. Lunch was absolutely not good. The food had no taste. Lunch is buffet style with different types of cold salads and a piece of meat, fish or chicken.

Updated review - the tour operator made kind efforts to apologise for what we had experienced on the trip and did take actions to rectify in certain ways so I have edited this to reflect that and appreciate their efforts However …. Our experience was still our experience and I feel it’s worth people having awareness and being able to make an informed choice. Some will really love this trip and I can defo say I witness others on the trip enjoying it but for the reasons below that are still valid it was not for us so I won’t be removing this account of our experience. Hopefully the tour operators will take note that a bit more care and attention to certain aspects will make this a more enjoyable excursion for all This trip is not the one for those who are neurodivergent, overwhelmed with crowds and lack of personal space awareness, or non smokers. Whilst the scenery is stunning and that should be the main focus of a trip like this it’s a struggle to be able to even see it at times due to overcrowding on the boats. I spent more time with someone’s crotch in my face than being able to see the canyon. After the bus ride which was ok… we arrived to chaos and poor communication at the docks. The canyon where the trips depart from. And when I say trips I mean ALL the trips, there is no way of making this experience chill or exclusive. This was marketed as a relaxing tour but with Dozens of coaches all trying to reverse while crowds of people mill about not really knowing what’s going on or where to go or which boat to get on felt quite unsafe tbh as coaches were just edging into crowds of people to move them. Me and my partner were actually put on the wrong boat before being brought back off to go on another boat and having to blindly follow the young lad who put us on there whilst he still seemed to forget that he was guiding us to another boat. By the time we got there our boat was full and we were lucky to get a seat. The canyon tour was then a wonderful sight of peoples backsides or crotches as they posed for selfies without really having awareness of other people sitting. No judgement to them just felt like it was a fight for space to even just sit and chill. What was billed as a “relaxing” tour experience was the least relaxing part of our holiday. We had a dip in the canyon which tbf was really lovely and refreshing and then back on the boat to get back on the coach to go to Green lake for our (inclusive) lunch. This turned out to be a mass eating situation where the food was dry and substandard and the vibe was hectic and very overwhelming as 500 other people on tours were all there to get their food at the same time. Both my partner and I are neurodivergent but can handle ourselves quite well but this was even a bit much for us as there was no reprieve and communication was very minimal and impersonal. Other people on other tours were also talking to us and not having the best time for similar reasons. Just all felt a bit half hearted and perfunctory and I appreciate on reflection that it must be a huge logistical challenge to feed all those people however a buffet line like a secondary school canteen but outdoors with 500 people and 36 degree heat is quite different from “Lunch included at the restaurant” is not what that felt like. Had there been more transparency we could have prepared ourselves for it a bit. And the food itself was meh. I had one mouthful of my food and didn’t want anymore. It was crowded, chaotic and I felt like I was in year 9 again in lunch line but waaaaay bigger Had a swim which again was lovely (thankfully nature can always make up a little for overpopulated situations) If you are a non smoker it’s impossible to find anywhere on the boat to escape smoking as it was allowed everywhere so this was a major negative for me. There was no thought for those who didn’t smoke by the boats themselves, no specific smoking area or non smoking area so basically if you don’t smoke and are asthmatic you have no chance.. again no judgement to other passengers but given the chance smokers will enjoy smoking freely cuz it’s a novelty to be able to especially if you’re from uk Overall - this excursion felt very monopolised and like there was no other way to enjoy the canyon unless you self drove (note to self that’s what we will do if we ever come again) What became really clear is that it doesn’t matter what operator you book through it’s the same tour. Even people on another bus were feeling the same as us after having a chat In summary - Overcrowded, overwhelming, fair price but don’t expect any frills or personal touches. The unlimited soft drinks is true but comes in tiny paper cups and alcohol is at a premium price. Stunning scenery spoilt by over commercialisation.

nice views but organisation was terrible. the guide in boat was speaking only in polish language, there were no kayaks near the lake and nobody told us when to come back to the bus. There was a hotel pick up, but no hotel drop off. they were driving us around our hotel for about an hour ant the dropped us off 600 m away. as we do not have amps at that momment it was complicated to find a hotel

Absolutely amazing views and it really was spectacular. A little windy at times but very warm .Enjoyed getting in the lake for swims even if it was cold fresh water. Lunch a little disappointing chicken on the bone or fish however, plenty of soft drinks ,tea,coffee water all included .A very worthy trip .Good value for money.
