The audio guide was very informative and it was a very beautiful ride on the lake. The staff were very friendly and even pointed out some additional spots. Overall a very good ride to see some of Lake Como.

What a fantastic trip, our guide Ali was excellent and very knowledgeable. The ride was one hour, which was perfect for our group.

Boat trip was fun, guide was knowledgeable and accommodating. The weather was rainy but views were still amazing.

The meeting point changed from when I booked the excursion. We had not realized an email was sent a couple of hours before letting me know the pick up spot but that information did not change on Viators reminders or app. Luckily, we got booked for another trip a couple of hours later. The boat ride was great! Beautiful villas and only 2 other people were on our boat. It felt semi private.

Very disorganized staff. First we were told to go to the meeting point which was centrally located near our hotel. We received a late email notifying us that the location had changed. We weee told that it was 15 minute walk but it was actually 30 minutes away. It was 90 degrees and my friend and I are in our 70s. There was no shuttle service and we were not offered a ride. We kept walking but there was no sign to indicate that we were in the right place. We had to keep asking people and finally a staff person arrived. We weee told to stay put and a boat would come but there was no shade and the boat was late!! The cruise was good and the narrator was a lovely young woman who offered us water finally. At the completion of the tour we were STRANDED. No shuttle no bus no taxi to get us home in the heat. We finally stopped into a bar with 2 other stranded women and PAID A WAITRESS to drive us back to our hotel. Would not recommend

Excellent guide and captain: Manuel and Nicolas. Comfortable boat satisfying my niece’s desire to go on a “sexy boat.” 1 hour was the perfect length. When we had trouble finding it, our guide called us 5 minutes before departure to navigate us to the right place. All very professional and very enjoyable. A strong recommend!

Short but sweet. The coastline with all the villas really needs to be seen from the water. My trip suffered some microphone/communication issues but I doubt this is typical. Our guide, Ali, was delightful.

We booked our excursion we have a confirmation. We added it to Apple wallet in 20 minutes before they scammed us into paying $100 more or canceling the whole trip. We already had a taxi to the water after staying in Como. I’ve used Viator before, but this was a total scam from this company! I’m using. Viator Iin Santorini next week and worried about that boat day! NOT HAPPY and will contact customer service when back at hotel but so disappointed that our $153 hour trip with Prosecco turned into $250 and warm water and warm beer with no ice!

We had a Great time! It was soo nice and relaxed and we had a great first time at and on lake Como. Matilda is very nice and a great guide! We loved it!
