Get the ferry! This tour is no more than a very overpriced water taxi. We have been on many boat tours around Italy and this one is the worst we've been on. The boat is extremely uncomfortable and too small for the number of people onboard. There were no safety measures or life jackets. Lunch was not onboard as advertised - you were handed a sandwich ( which turned out to be stale) when disembarking in Amalfi. Not to mention the hidden cost of €10 euros per person when you check-in at Sorrento. The information is on the ticket which we received 48hrs before the tour, but is not mentioned on Viator. Total cost for two approximately €360. Get the ferry. Save yourself some money. The only plus point were the skipper and his mate.
Guide did not seem enthusiastic to share much about surroundings/sights. “Snacks” was a small bag of potato chips. Lunch was a cheese sandwich that we couldn’t eat on board. We each had 2 cans of water the entire 10 hours & were told “no more”. The only alcohol was beer. Boat was very nice though.
Wonderful! Capt. Giacomo and Marta were so great. They were fun, interesting, and accommodating. They continuously checked on all of the passengers to make sure we had all we needed. They pointed out places of interest along the way and gave us some history of the areas. Highly recommend!
Jake and Johnny were amazing. We even got extra time in the sea instead of more time at the ports due to the heat. Would absolutely recommend this excursion@!
This boat trip was a great way to see and experience the Amalfi Coast. A fun group tour with sightseeing stops and a chance to swim and snorkel. Also had an amazing lunch, drinks and snacks... well worth the money!
This excursion was absolutely everything we could have imagined. Captain Jack and Antonino were amazing and made sure we all had an amazing time! Out of all the boat rides we have been on, this one has been the best. From pick up so drop off, zero complaints! Thank you for an amazing time!
By far, this was the highlight of our trip! The Amalfi Coast was even more breathtaking than we imagined, and we loved every single minute of the experience. Our captains, I believe their names were Giacomo and Antonio, were absolutely incredible. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and so much fun to spend the day with. The excursion never felt rushed. They gave us plenty of time at each stop and were incredibly accommodating throughout the day, making sure everyone had a wonderful experience. It truly was a full day of sun, relaxation, and unforgettable memories. This was an experience we will cherish forever, and we can’t recommend it enough!
The trip was definitely worth it. There were plenty of swimming breaks and plenty of time to visit Amalfi and Positano. The guide told little, that we could grab drinks we only found out very late. The pickup went well. However, the communication in Sorrento was poor and the outcome did not go smoothly. This deserves attention from the organization. All in all we had a nice day.
The experience was very good, the logistics very well organized, the boat trip was fantastic, the staff who assisted us was wonderful, Captain Giuseppe and Laura the assistant were incredible. The driver of the van back from Sorrento to Naples was a person who drove very badly, very aggressively, and made the passengers uncomfortable. As a recommendation for improvement, I would prefer that the excursion depart directly from Naples and not have to go to Sorrento to take the yacht. Also, the lunch sandwich could be improved a little. The drinks were very good and plentiful.
it was probably one of the best tours I have Done. Anna was incredible the whole experience perfect.
