We had an absolutely amazing diving experience me and my daughter, and we couldn't have asked for a better guide. From the very beginning, he made us feel like part of the family. He was incredibly friendly, funny, and welcoming, creating such a relaxed atmosphere that we felt comfortable and confident throughout every dive. The dives themselves were fantastic—calm, beautiful, and perfectly suited to let us enjoy the underwater world. Thanks to his incredible knowledge and sharp eye, we saw so many amazing sea creatures that we would never have spotted on our own. Every dive felt like a unique adventure, and his enthusiasm for marine life made the experience even more special. What really stood out was the genuine care and personal attention we received. I had the incredible opportunity to do an introductory dive during my time at Sataya, and it truly became one of the highlights of my entire dolphin journey. Under the guidance of Hamada, I was invited to discover the underwater world and I was instantly in love. In my excitement, I told him I wanted to take the full diving course. Without hesitation, he offered to make it possible during my stay at Sataya. I immediately said yes, and I’m so grateful I did. Over the following days, I completed the practical part of the course with him, and now I have the opportunity to finish the theory at home. Hamada is everything you could wish for in a dive instructor. He is highly professional, incredibly patient, and deeply compassionate. In an environment as magical and alive as Sataya, his calm and grounded presence made me feel completely safe and at ease. He guided me step by step, allowing me to fully relax and fully experience the beauty of the underwater world. What stood out most is how much he genuinely cares, not just about teaching the technical skills, but about creating a meaningful and enjoyable experience. His dedication, attention, and supportive way of teaching made this experience unforgettable for me. We had a fantastic snorkeling day in Marsa Mubarak with DiveZen and Hamada. Everything was well organized and easy from start to finish. The boat was comfortable, the crew was friendly, and the atmosphere on board was very relaxed. The snorkeling spots were beautiful, with clear water and healthy coral gardens. We were lucky to see big turtles and even a dugong, which was an incredible moment. Lunch on the boat was very good. A very calm and great Red Sea experience, we would definitely join again! Thanks to the whole Team , we had a great day on the boat!!
