Excursion de plongée en apnée dans les îles Phi Phi avec un grand bateau depuis Phuket

This trip was below average. The boat stopped at several places, but we never really got to explore or enjoy the views properly. We saw Maya Bay from what felt like a kilometer away, and the only real stop was at Phi Phi, which is extremely small and overrated. When I said we wanted to go snorkeling, the crew didn’t seem to understand, and it was actually a problem for them to arrange it. We expected that the whole group would go snorkeling together, but that wasn’t the case – only a few people went, and in the end, we didn’t either. It’s not real snorkeling near reefs – they just put you in a wetsuit and gave you some gear. Also, the crew spoke English with a heavy accent and it was nearly impossible to understand them. They didn’t even try to speak more clearly or make sure people understood what was going on. I don’t recommend this trip; it doesn’t match the description.

The boat crew were unfriendly, rude. Lunch was bad too. We could only sight see two island from far. There was really not much to do in Phi Phi Island other than shopping and snorkeling.

Going and coming back from Phuket to phi phi Island took 4 and half hours. There was no soft drinks for free. Only tea and coffee were provided when going to the Island. Lunch was bad.

Nothing memorable. Not what was promised and paid for. No soft drinks, snacks or tea on big boat. We did not stop and disembark at Loh Samah Bay. Therefore did not visit Sama Bay and Maya Bay. Admission tickets also supposed to be included in price. We also did not stop at Viking Cave and no snorkeling done there. Snorkeling in Pileh Bay only 30min. Did not visit Monkey Beach either. Not enough time spent on Phi Phi Don Island to explore. Only 2hours including lunch time. 10 Hour trip from Hotel back to hotel with only 2 hours spent on an island. Do not do this trip through this service provider.

Disappointing because the 3 times snorkeling itinerary ended up with only snorkeling once. That is also the reason I will not recommend this tour for people preferring more snorkeling experience. I nevertheless want to give a 5-star review for our guide Sam for his always-smile, warm, patient, and heart felt service. He took photos and videos with his GoPro camera all along the tour above and below water for all passengers alike. He helped making our tour very pleasant and memorable. The view of Maya Bay, coral reefs and tropical fish in Viking Cave are very satisfying. The lunch is delicious. We spent 4 hours traveling in the big air-conditioned ferry boat. The off-ferry boat-time is 4 hours. The time we have on Phi Phi Don is only enough for lunch. According to the itinerary descriptions there should be 5+ hours off the ferry boat.

Getting the VIP option did help as it was a really hot day and that area was air conditioned. However the air conditioning was on full blast and it was quite cold. We picked this tour because i initially thought we would stop ON the beach on phi phi Island (where the movie was filmed) however we just cruised by it and headed to the main island which is beautiful. We did do the snorkelling option although i wish we hadn't as we only had about 30 mins to explore on the main island and there was poor visibility where we snorkelled. we were getting bitten (possibly by sea lice). Food and staff were great. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Overall it was a good trip.

The Tour description is off and misguiding. The allowance of time within the Phi Phi Island is too short. Allowing time just to eat lunch quickly and run to the docks to board the big boat. It is very disappointing. This is my first time using Viator site for booking I Likely to never recommend and/or repeat using Viator to book anything. Very respectfully

After looking at so many different options, we decided to choose this ship because it was on a big boat and VIP service was included in the price. Definitely worth it. As expected the attractions are amazing. You'll get a nice recliner seat in the indoor area of the boat (for tours only), with obvious options for getting in and out of pictures, etc. There's also a TV with nice new movies on it, because each trip takes about two hours That's all you can do. The staff are very friendly and we have JoJo, who often seems to accept this based on comments. He is knowledgeable and has some good tricks, such as free coffee, carbonated drinks, etc. After boarding, we also got a coconut milk drink. You eat in a decent hotel while you eat at a lazy Suzy-type table, so just spin the food around. Amazing.

It was wonderful, we ate well and the guide was top notch. Indeed the VIP seats in the boat is a real positive point.

The service was excellent and the snorkeling equipment and lunch were perfect. There's not a heap of fish to see but we were quite satisfied with what we managed to see. The VIP seating on the boat was worth it as it's air-conditioned and very comfortable... particularly appreciated on the trip back.
