Notre tour de départ tardif vous permet de profiter d'une matinée tranquille avant d'embarquer pour un tour passionnant de 15 à 20 minutes jusqu'au cratère Molokini. Cet ancien cratère volcanique abrite un éventail varié de vies marines et de récifs coralliens dynamiques, ce qui en fait une expérience inoubliable pour les amateurs d'océan. Vivez une aventure exaltante avec “Makena Mele II”, notre ravissant Zodiac-Raft de 40 pieds conçu pour une aventure mémorable en apnée et en océan à Maui. Si le temps le permet, le capitaine demande un autre emplacement à Turtle Town.

It was an all-around well-organized snorkeling trip as we had imagined. We felt very well taken care of with Captain Matt. A true professional. You may get wet if the waves get a bit higher. It was a lot of fun, and we saw great fish and several moray eels. Greetings to Sven and Marina from Trier.
Trip canceled within a half hour starting due to mechanical issues
Aloha! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we're truly sorry your trip was cut short. We have a brand-new vessel, and this is the first time in a year we have had to cancel due to mechanical issues. We try our best not to have any. Safety always comes first on the water, and when a mechanical issue came up, our captain made the call to bring everyone back rather than risk continuing. We reached out to you as quickly as we could and issued a full refund. We know that doesn't make up for the day you were looking forward to, and we'd love the chance to get you out to Molokini on a future visit. 🤙
This was our favorite adventure in Maui! Alex and Kyle were great hosts. The boat ride to the crater was fun and the snorkeling was unbeatable! We saw a ton of different fish and coral. Our kids were first time snorkelers, and they had everything they needed to feel comfortable. I ephod highly recommend this trip for families.

The guide and assistant was very nice however the wind picked up and water started getting rough…we only got to snorkel for 20 minutes of the 2 hr trip…for what we paid and no offer to refund partial money for cutting our trip so short is why I give it 2 stars

We do want to clarify one point: our captain's log reflects that guests received approximately 40 minutes of snorkel time, not 20. We understand it may have felt shorter in the moment, but we want to make sure that's on the record. That said, our captain made the call to return early because wind and sea conditions had deteriorated to a point where continuing was not safe. Guest safety is always our first priority, and that will never change, even when it means ending a session sooner than any of us would like. We understand the frustration, especially given what you invested in the experience. We'd love the opportunity to make it right and have you back out on the water under better conditions. Lucia and Alex of makenna coast charters were amazing. They got us out to the reef first and talked us through all the safety stuff and then we got to snorkel and look at fish for an hour. Qe moved to another spot and did more time on molokini and then they took us around the backside and gave some history and finally took us in to shore where we snorkels with turtles. Alex is a hoot entertaining us with his humor the entire trip. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our snorkel trip to Molokini! Captain Matt and first mate Kyle are great guides, they told us about the marine and wild life sanctuary there. They made sure we were comfortable in the water and that we all had an amazing snorkel experience. We took the 10:30 snorkel trip that only went to Molokini (not additional sea turtle stop) since I can get seasick and thought a longer trip would be pushing my luck. Dramamine and sea bands worked for me, no problems on the Zodiak boat. Seas are more calm in the morning.
