Vous serez submergé par la taille de la plus grande pagode du Vietnam à Bai Dinh, la vue imprenable sur le site du patrimoine de l'UNESCO à Trang An et la randonnée de 500 marches pour voir le paysage si pittoresque du sommet du mont Mua.

Entre 07 :00 - 07 :15 : Notre bus touristique viendra vous chercher à votre hôtel pour le départ vers Ninh Binh Place (environ 100km dans le sud de la ville de Hanoi et il faut environ 2 heures de route pour Ninh Binh inclus 1 arrêt pour une courte pause sur le chemin )
- Arrivée à Bouddha Lieu de prière dans la pagode de Bai Dinh, la plus grande pagode du Vietnam avec 500 statues de La Han, plus grand bronze -. Vous aurez du temps libre avec notre Guide touristique pour visiter cette pagode et en apprendre plus sur le bouddisme religion. NOTE : 1 - POUR VISITE DE GROUPE : Vous déjeunerez sous forme de buffet. 2 - POUR VISITE PRIVÉE : Vous aurez fixé le menu déjeuner.
- Montez dans le bus touristique, continuez jusqu'au quai de Trang An, faites une excursion en bateau pour visiter le complexe de grottes de Trang An La visite en bateau de Trang An vous emmène à travers certains des paysages les plus époustouflants du Vietnam, notamment des pics karstiques calcaires imposants, des grottes impressionnantes et de magnifiques temples. Situé dans la province de Ninh Binh, le complexe paysager de Trang An est un site du patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO en raison de son paysage spectaculaire. Le paysage est tellement incroyable que nous l'avons répertorié comme un incontournable dans notre itinéraire de Ninh Binh
-Continuez à visiter la grotte de Mua. L'endroit attire les visiteurs avec ses nombreuses histoires intéressantes. Montez 500 marches en pierre, ici vous pouvez voir jusqu'à Tam Coc, profiter d'une vue panoramique imprenable sur la campagne et la rivière Ngo Dong. 16h45 - 17h00 : Montez dans notre bus touristique pour retourner à Ha Noi.
Entre 18h45 et 19h15 : Arrivée à Ha Noi, déposez-vous à votre hôtel dans le vieux quartier de Ha Noi. Arrivée du Tour !

If you like a tour company that tells you that they can not pick you up from your hotel the same morning ot the full day tour, with not enough time to catch a taxi to get to where they need us, nor would they even wait for us. Then not willing to change to another day without paying ANOTHER FULL AMOUNT, all through texting as they would not answer our calls. Then this company is for you. We are trying to get our money back, some how kiss it bye bye.
Dear Leo Vigolo, I am Luong - the operator of your tour. I will explain details here what happened with your booking so that other reviewers can read and understand. We have all proofs to show the situation. I do not really agree with the information you wrote on this review. Before the date: We were not able to contact or support you before the date You put the wrong phone number on the booking. We could not call you on the day before. I messaged you on the booking to ask you contact us directly, no reply from you. You did not provide your hotel address on the booking. We did not know where to pick you up on the day before. I messaged you on the booking to ask your address, no reply from you. On the date: We supported you but you did not coperate with us I asked you to go to the meeting point. Our tour guide contacted you directly to follow up the pick up too. You insisted it was confirmed the pick up was at your hotel. I showed you on your voucher your hotel is outside the pick up area. You did not show up at the meeting. You immediately demanded to change the date or threatened to leave a bad review. We offered a better price (NOT THE FULL PRICE as you said) for rebooking. After that you did even delete somes messages you sent me on purpose. We try our best to support our customers. We do hope customers support us too before, during and after the tours to make the experience happen well: check your voucher carefully, provide full information (phone number, pick up point), keep in touch with the operator for quick supports. Our tour guide was very good! He explained everything and organized the tour effectively. The tour was well structured and there were plenty of things to do and see. We always had the chance to visit WC or have a refreshing drink

Very active tour that keeps you busy all day long. Bus could have been a little more comfortable given the 4hrs you spend in the bus. Buffet lunch was okay, did get to try the mountain goat which I was hoping for.

The overall plan was fine; however, the tour guide seemed quite shy and didn’t provide much information about the places we visited. It would have been better if he had accompanied us throughout the tour and shared insights about the sites. Instead, he gave a brief introduction at the start and then left us to explore on our own, without a proper understanding of what we were seeing. Lunch was a good buffet. It was a hot day, and they could do better with providing cool water on the bus. However, we were only given two room temperature bottles of water. Temp was 35 degrees. It's definitely not a luxury toue as advertised.

The water during the bus on the way is just bottled water that we give you before each way, we do not have refrigerator on the bus. We stopped for the restroom once on the way, you can get a colddrink at the stop point. At the noon, we had a nice buffet lunch at our local restaurant and you could order many kinds of drinks. It is a nice place to visit it’s just amazing place, firstly we visited bai Dinh, Secondly Trang an the boating were really good, entered many cave and lastly Mua cave the beautiful view on top of the hill😍 😍

River rafting was superb, as was the lunch provided within the cost. Managed to mostly escape the rain, which I guess is expected inVietnam at this time of year

An excellent full day tour ! The company stayed in contact via WhatsApp from the moment we booked , on arrival at hotel and at the end of the trip to ensure full satisfaction. Our day guide Mr Kenny was outstanding, very pleasant guy , very knowledgeable and took pride in what he does ensuring a multilingual satisfaction for all approach ! Couldn't have asked for a better guide ! The trip itself is incredible! We done this on vietnams independence day so attractions were busier than normal but vietnam has its own way of dealing with this so we never noticed and delays . The landscape is just beautiful. The Pagoda and Bai dinh is a must when seeing this country . The boat trip throughout this land was certainly a highlight and the free supplied umbrella was very welcome in the 40c+ heat whilst on this ! A special mention to Mr Driver who expertly navigated throughout 100% recommend 👌

The tour operator was very good and always kept us updated prior to our tour. On the day, the tour bus came on time and no delay. The driver was very kind and courteous. The tour guide was very accommodating. We really felt so comfortable with the team. We were also given a menu for lunch and they were even happy to make changes for us. We were not rushed or pushed. They worked around our space. Highly recommended
