I did three tours (four days) with Bein Harim as they were highly recommended. Be advised not all tour guides are created equally. I had one perfect guide from among the 5 that I had. there were others who were racially or religiously insensitive and one who was simply rude and professional. Also i was only told that my tour was cancelled 12 hours before the trip and they put me on another tour which was obviously not what I had planned for. Very unprofessional showing by the main office and they were not very apologetic to their errors. The next time I am here, I will have to think hard about going with this company again.
Dear PSc88 We are most regretful to read that this was the nature of the impression you came away from a package of our tours. Your opening line may be the key, not all guides are equal.!?YOu can certainly read that our reviews here rave about our guides constantly, but each to his own when it comes to the overall experience. We will, of course, need to check this out tour by tour, as a sweeping generalizing criticism needs to be investigated and those , what you write about them, held accountable. Regarding the cancellation of a tour and rerouting, this is most unusual,? We have many travelers each day but this low season there are sometimes constraints. We do certainly reroute to alternative locations and there are 2 tours that require a minimum amount of participants. Footsteps of Jesus and or Underground Jerusalem. This may have been the issue for your cancellation. We are sorry for this We are not happy to read that our office operators were not apologetic or pleasant as should be expected. This too will be checked . We are sorry that you came away with such an impression of Bein Harim tourism.
Itamar Buk from Ben Garin tours was excellent. He was funny and knowledgeable and kept the group involved
On March 9th my husband and I made this tour with Amil as a guide. The tour was super organized, we were able to see so many things in one day! Amil was very kind, pleasant and provided core information in well-balanced way, which is not easy, as travelers are always asking some tricky questions related to geo-politics. We have best impressions and recommend Ben Hairim tours.
Bein Harim really appreciates you sharing your satisfaction with the tour guided by Ami. Such reviews make us proud to have guides as him on our team. Your compliments for the tour organisation and operation is very much appreciated, as this is what readers on this platform check out for!! Likewise for your kind recommnedation of our tourism services. Hope you travel with us again soon.

Fantastic trip, definitely got to see a side of Israel that is so often overlooked but is a major part of both its history and its present. Tour guide was very knowledgable and helpful.

One downside is if you do a different tour in the area you're going to end up at the same place for lunch and there weren't a lot of options. Would have preferred options for lunch given the small size of the tour group.

Everything was very well organized. We were lucky to travel with small group- only 5 tourists.
Our guide Ori was extremely knowledgeable. Excellent day spent with him. Hotel for overnight was more or less OK. Nothing special.

Day trip to Nazareth, Jordan river and sea of Gallilea was great and very interesting with good tour guide. Golan heights was not as great as it's very repetitive from the precious day.Hotel was not great and not in Kubuttz, just a hotel next to high way with only 1 restaurant which is terrible.
