Ce circuit est très approprié pour toutes les personnes qui aiment visiter la zone rurale du delta du Mékong dans le sud du Vietnam. Vous visiterez quelques attractions comme : le temple Vinh Trang, Visit My Tho et Ben Tre où se trouvent le cœur de la région du delta du Mékong. Croisière sur le bateau à moteur le long de la rivière Tien, pagayez le long des petits canaux sur un bateau à rames.

Vers 7 h 45. Prenez-vous en charge à votre hôtel dans le centre de Ho Chi Minh-Ville et dirigez-vous vers le delta du Mékong. Pendant le trajet en voiture de 1,5, nous passerons par des rizières vertes avant d'arriver à la magnifique campagne My Tho. Le premier arrêt est la pagode Vinh Trang. C'est la plus grande pagode de la région du delta du Mékong. Vous serez guidé pour explorer le temple le plus beau, ancien et significatif du delta du Mékong. Ce monument religieux remonte au et présente une fusion harmonieuse des styles architecturaux vietnamien, khmer et Chinois.
Rendez-vous à l'embarcadère voisin, où vous embarquerez sur un bateau traditionnel du delta du Mékong pour une croisière panoramique sur le Mékong. Vous passerez par les îlots Tortue, Dragon, Phénix et arriverez à l'îlot Licorne.
Alors que vous entreprenez ce voyage, vous serez subjugué par la verdure luxuriante et la vie animée de la rivière. Poursuivez votre exploration en chevauchant un bateau sampan traditionnel dans les cours d'eau étroits avec des cocotiers bordant les deux côtés. Cette expérience de près vous permet d'apprécier l'écosystème unique et le mode de vie local. Arrêtez-vous dans une ferme apicole, savourez du thé au miel, dégustez des fruits locaux et profitez de la musique traditionnelle interprétée par les villageois et apprenez-en davantage sur la vie quotidienne des habitants. Dégustez un déjeuner local avec des plats vietnamiens (nourriture végétalienne disponible)
Après le déjeuner, nous faisons une excursion en bateau jusqu'à Ben Tre - connu sous le nom de royaume de la noix de coco - une charmante ville célèbre pour ses plantations de cocotiers et ses vergers. Vous pouvez faire une balade à vélo tranquillement à travers la campagne. Découvrez comment les produits à base de noix de coco sont fabriqués dans la région. Vers 15h00, retour à Ho Chi Minh-Ville. Arrivée vers 16h50.

I found the Mekong Delta tour on TripAdvisor and was first a bit worried that it may just be super “touristy”, but it was really authentic. It was very, very good value for the money. Highly recommend. Comfortable bus ride, AMAZING FOOD, fun boat ride experience. I was surprised by the amount of activities they were able to squeeze in the day. Shout out to Kai! He was an amazing comedian and an even better tour guide. He took care of us really well and seemed passionate about sharing Vietnamese culture. He was very organised and made sure nobody was left behind. The tour were also very flexible with dietary restrictions. They were very accommodating with drop off and pickup location in district 1 and that was very helpful. I also forgot my hat on the bus but I was easily able to retrieve it. Would love to try the other tours offered by this company!

This experience was very fun I learnt a lot and my tour guide Mingo was very fun and enthusiastic throughout the adventure, will definitely reccomend it for first time travelers if you want to explore and learn more about Vietnam

Great tour, local culture and activities kept us busy
Our Mekong Delta experience began with a leisurely boat ride along the river, offering peaceful views of stilt houses, fruit plantations and traditional fishing villages lining the banks. The slow pace allowed us to absorb the everyday life of the region—quiet, authentic and deeply connected to the water. We continued to Tortoise Islet, where we enjoyed a beautiful lunch set within an orchard garden. The setting was serene, shaded and full of lush greenery, making it a perfect pause before the next part of our journey. From there, we travelled by boat to a less‑touristed area of Bến Tre. Cruising through the natural canals on a hand‑rowed sampan was a highlight—gliding beneath the arching shadows of water coconut trees felt like stepping into a postcard. We were treated to seasonal fruit and honey tea, both fresh and delicious, adding a warm touch of local hospitality. We then visited a family‑run business that perfectly captured the idyllic rural lifestyle of the Mekong Delta. Here, we tasted their famous coconut candy and observed the gentle rhythm of pastoral life as we wandered through fruit plantations and the surrounding village. The experience was intimate, authentic and deeply connected to the traditions of the region.
We had a great out on this tour, easy pick up. Our guide James was excellent, very knowledgeable and attentive to the small groups needs. Would recommend this tour
